'Twilight: New Moon' Bringin' the House Down

"Twilight: New Moon" can drive you to the poor house .... that is, if you spend the $3.3 million asking price to buy the house featured in the flicks.

We've learned the Vancouver "Cullen House" -- three floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and with air once breathed by Robert Pattinson -- is now available for purchase ... but don't expect any "Twilight" stars to make another visit because the real estate agent tells us the studio's done with it.

We're also told the last owner is taking all of his "Twilight" memorabilia with him when he moves -- that really sucks.

DWI Racing Chair Sells for a $30,000 Loss

The famous DWI racing chair just sold for a respectable $10,099.99 on eBay -- but it's a far cry from the $43,000 bid that was placed on Monday ... when the La-Z-Boy corporation busted in and ruined everything.

DWI Chair

The La-Z-Boy head honchos were pissed because the incredible machine was being sold under their trademarked name -- so the company killed the Proctor Minnesota Police Department's first attempt to sell the chair earlier this week.

The chair was re-listed the day after the cancellation without the La-Z-Boy named attached -- but the damage was done ... as the bidding frenzy fizzled out last night a whopping $32,900.01 below the original highest offer.

The proceeds of the sale were going to benefit Proctor taxpayers ... so sucks for them.

Bu Hoo for Leo

Leo DeCaprio is saying bye to the Bu -- He just sold his Malibu pad -- and before we tell you how much, look at the picture of the 2,734 square foot house and guess ...

Fact is, we don't have an exact figure ... but according to the L.A. Times, it was listed at $8 mil -- actually a dollar less than that to make it look like a bargain.

The house has been on the market since November, so we're guessing he didn't get asking price. Even still, how ridiculous.

Everything Must Go! Including Favre

Nothing says Hall-of-Fame career like a yard sale! Hours after Brett Favre announced his retirement (again) from football, the NY Jets announced a 50% sale on all Favre gear.

Brett Farvre
Appropriate, since the Jets were barely 50% better with Brett playing QB.

Michael Jackson's Old Rolls Royce
The luxury ride has been fitted with a turbocharged engine, making it a one of a kind, just like Jackson's face -- excepting Janet and Latoya, of course.

Ricky Martin Selling His Big-A$$ Casa

Metrosexual pop singer Ricky Martin is selling his Florida waterfront mansion for a crisp $16.9 million. That's a lot of bon-bon shaking.

The ginormous Mediterranean style crib features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms... what, no gift shop? The Miami palace boasts a few famous neighbors too; Matt Damon and that other bon-bon shaker, Shakira.

Ricky bought the house back in May 2005 for a mere $10 million. Not long ago, Ricky sold another house a block away and pocketed $4 million profit. Ricky sure knows how to flip.
