Judge to Lindsay: You Give Good Morgue!
A Bev Hills judge says Lindsay Lohan is making all the right moves in satisfying her DUI probation requirement -- including a trip to the morgue.
Lindsay's lawyer, Blair Berk, appeared on her client's behalf for the progress report. The judge said she's done what was expected of her, including taking the whole morgue thing. She also completed her community service.
Next step: Completing her alcohol ed class. Hopefully she'll graduate Magnum Cum Laude.
Her next hearing is set for January, 2009.

Lindsay Lohan, You Got Served -- Kinda, Sorta
Lindsay Lohan was served with legal papers today on the set of her new movie -- but the whole thing ain't kosher.
A source close to Lindsay tells TMZ it was really shady. We're told the process server faked being a paparazzo and threw the papers at her, and that ain't no way to serve a lady. One of Lindsay's reps tells us the service was not legal.
The case in question involves Samantha Ronson and the law firm that repped her in a defamation case against Perez Hilton. She claims the firm overcharged her and screwed up her case.
How does Lindsay factor in? Sam says in the suit the defamation involves what didn't happen in Lindsay's infamous car crash in May 2007.

All it took to make Lindsay Lohan smile yesterday was 20 minutes in her trailer with Sam Ronson.
While we couldn't have gotten a grin from Linds if we paid her for it, her listless lips gave way once her DJ galpal showed up on set.

Linds had din din at Magnolia followed by a low-key party at Teddy's in the Roosevelt Hotel, where our spies inside tell us the Birthday Girl looked sober all night, pigging out on cupcakes. The only celeb we heard about was Chris Brown -- and that guy left early.
Mama Dina was there too -- but no sign of Michael. He must have been too busy taking paternity tests.

Lohan Party -- Ain't What It Used to Be
Lindsay Lohan's 22nd birthday throw down is toned down from what it was supposed to be -- 'memba this? -- but that doesn't mean it won't be a wild affair.
We're told her full sister Ali and loony mom Dina are flying in for the private party. It's being held tonight at Teddy's inside the Roosevelt Hotel -- where LiLo has several suites lined up. There won't be a sponsor, but word is it will be a celeb-infested soiree. Sam Ronson won't be working the gig -- the two pals wanna be able to spend some precious time together.
And don't think about crashing the celebration -- sources tell us that security is so tight, everyone entering the party must be cleared by La Lohan herself.
We called Mike Heller from Talent Resources -- the marketing firm that tried to put her original bday bash together -- he had no comment.
