Sources tell TMZ Britney Spears has been secretly seeing a suitor. You'll never guess who. What the hell, we'll tell you -- it's Adnan!
Our sources say over the last few months Adnan has been getting into The Summit, the gated community where Brit lives. They have been "together," though we can't say it's still going on. We know they have been texting back and forth, at times complaining that Daddy Jamie is too "controlling" by trying to put the kibosh on the relationship.
But here's the deal. Daddy Jamie's job is to be controlling -- that's what a conservator does. And, sources tell us, Jamie's concern over his daughter seeing Adnan is not just his opinion -- the doctors who are treating Brit have told him it would be a bad thing for Brit to hook up with the dude.

Hold the Venti Iced Frappuccino! Britney Spears may now have to drive -- or be driven (we hope) -- a little further to get her $5 buzz.
Brit's old stomping ground, Starbucks, has just announced they are closing 600 of their underperforming stores in the U.S.. Although Britney -- and her fellow over-caffeinated and oversized sunglass-wearing peers -- do their daily part to keep the coffee chain afloat, around 12,000 positions will be eliminated.
On the lighter side, Britney will always have gas stations.

Britney Spears needs QUIET!! As TMZ first reported, the Commish approved Brit's request to give her Bev Hills home the heave ho -- but now we know why.
According to just released court documents, Britney wants to move to a "lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood" that is closer to parks so her boys can play. She's also looking for a house with a bigger backyard -- more room for the cement pond!

With L.A.'s finest at her service, it was a total clusterf**k outside of Fred Segal as Brit Brit made her way out. The scene was crazy -- and it was all for nothin', it doesn't even look like girl bought anything.

TMZ has learned the Commish has awarded Britney overnight visitation with her boo boos. Break out the Star Wars pjs!
Sources tell us Brit Brit, who has been slowly gaining visitation back inch by inch, has made such progress the Commish agreed in court today she's ready to have sons Jayden James and Sean Preston with her overnight.
We hear Britney's parenting coach Lisa Hacker was at the hearing today, and answered several questions from the Commish. Britney, who was all business in the courtroom, smiled as she left the courthouse.
They'll be back in court again July 15th.

There has been a change in the visitation agreement between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline -- but neither side is giving out specifics. 
We're told Britney was looking for overnight visits, but details were not released -- nor will they be.
Britney and Kevin both left court in good spirits, with Britney smiling and engaging with reporters as she left. The Commish was pleased with the progress on both sides.
As TMZ first reported, Laura Wasser is now Britney's attorney in the custody case. Wasser was Brit's attorney earlier in the case, but dropped Brit as a client after Spears repeatedly ignored her advice.

It's like one big happy family! Well, sort of. K-Fed and Brit Brit are in court right now, working on their custody case.
We're hearing today's proceedings have to do with Brit getting overnight visits with her tater tots. They're all in court, along with -- as TMZ first reported -- Brit's old lawyer Laura Wasser. She's back -- and sitting by Britney's side. Brit's drinking from a water bottle and her hair looks dirty, and K Daddy's there in a suit, sporting his usual mohawk.
They just took a bathroom break, and we're waiting for the proceedings to start again.
UPDATE 11:00 AM PT -- The hearing is over. Both Britney and K-Fed walked out looking happy. Britney was friendly and chatty with reporters, but no word yet on what went down.
UPDATE 10:00 AM PT -- After the bathroom break, Britney and K-Fed were both sworn in by the clerk. When it was Brit's turn, the commish asked her to state her name and she just said, "Britney." The commish then said, "Full name, please." Then she replied Britney Spears. The Commish then granted a request to close the courtroom.

It's official: Britney Spears is sane again. The lawyer who quit Brit when she was crazy is coming back, hot as ever.
Sources connected to the case tell us disso-queen Laura Wasser is back in as her family law attorney. Court documents will be filed today making it official. Wasser, you'll recall, is the one who scored joint custody for Brit, even as she was melting down. Wasser quit the case after Spears repeatedly ignored her advice. For Wasser to return, it's a signal that the Brit ship is back on an even keel -- kinda sorta.
Wasser has repped everyone with failed marriages under the sun, including Angelina Joile, Kiefer Sutherland and Denise Richards. She also served as legal consultant to the movie "Liar, Liar," a credit that surely qualifies her for the Supreme Court.
The buzz ... that Wasser will move to win back joint custody by summer's end.

TMZ has learned that Britney Spears is working on a new album -- and Vegas kingpin George Maloof is behind it!
Our sources say the album is being recorded at Maloof's Palms Casino in Las Vegas.
We're guessing former manager Larry Rudolph, who's been back in the picture for a while, is producing the album.
Maloof is trying to extend his long arm into the music biz -- and is also behind Ali Lohan's upcoming album.
A call to Maloof's rep was not immediately returned.

A mad crush turned violent at LAX as Britney Spears returned to Los Angeles.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that as Britney made her way through the terminal swarmed by more than 30 photogs, a fight broke out between one of Brit's bodyguards and a photographer. Several uniformed officers, who happened to be in the area working crowd control on the snappers, immediately responded to the fight.
After the skirmish, we're told the two men shook hands and made up. No arrests were made.

TMZ spies say that Casey and Mama Lynne were the only ones in the OR when Maddie was born -- Brit Brit waited outside anxiously. We hear that the family is thrilled that baby Maddie is "happy, healthy and gorgeous" and our source says the family is closer than ever.
Jamie Lynn is expected to remain in the hospital for a few days, but big sis is already back at the house with her fast food fix.
