101. Umm she needs to stop getting surgery on her face and turn to dieting and liposuction instead. Thats her real problem, shes hugely fat and insecure and instead of dealing with the weight she keeps having face surgery for a quick pick me up because she loves fat food too much to stop porking herself out for a day.
