Judge to Lutfi: Stay Away from the Britster

SamThe federal judge in the Britney Spears conservatorship saga has issued an order extending the restraining order against Sam Lutfi.

According to the order, Lutfi must stay clear of Brit -- and that includes phone contact -- through March 17. What's more, the judge ruled that Lutfi has been properly served with legal papers. Lutfi's rep had challenged today's service of process, but the judge said no problemo.

The judge has already indicated the case is headed back to state court. Lutfi has other problems. As TMZ first reported, LAPD's Robbery Homicide Division is investigating Lutfi for allegedly drugging Brit.

It’s not about Britney for me and I think for many others.

It’s more that we want to see Sam and others get their just desserts.

Everyday, more and more people are more interested in what Sam, Howard Grossman and now, Michael Sands have been doing behind the scenes.

Most of us know that Britney’s career is never coming back. So what? Anna’s is never coming back because she is dead. Britney is still alive.

What are you trying to say? That we shouldn’t post here because the focus has shifted? Why don’t you want us to talk about Sam?

125. I think there's more than we know about going on here. Why would Lynne Spears ever go out shopping with Britney and Sam, and be photographed with his arm around her shoulders as they walked? I'm guessing Sam knows some deep, dark family secret that Lynne and Jamie don't want out. He's a insinuated as much, saying something happened to Britney about 5 years ago. Wasn't that also about the time Lynne and Jamie divorced? A guess would be that Britney was abused by someone that knows her. Otherwise, it is illogical that the parents wouldn't get and retain conservatorship over their daughter. Sam has got something up his sleeve that he thinks evens up the playing field a little. Michael Sands may not be as principled as he could be, but he's not a complete idiot, either. There's more to this ...

Normally I find jfxonline more of an adnan lovers camp, but if you go and see the snapshots of sam and lynne from that day on there they have actuall put it shot by shot and you can see lynne is telling the truth when she says she shrugged his arm off her... i found it bizarre at the time that jfx made a an issue of it, but you can really see sam put his arms round brit and lynne, lynne try to get away, then brit put her arm around lynne....... weird.
also, sam said after lynne made that statement about him drugging brit, that he doesn't like her, and has insinuated that he has always disliked her - shows another story.
i wouldn't believe sam. he said that only he and the psych knew about brit being bipolar [= no-one knows], and that she's had it 5 yrs. anyone can make a statement like that. the doc can't verify it or not.....

sam is nothing but a shady guy who made all that crap up to make it look like he cared for brit.....

130. Re: 128, you made some great points! I read Lynne's statement to the police, as well. Clearly both parents have seen Britney getting worse for months. Surely Lynne didn't just realize that Sam was controlling their daughter. Yes, in the photos, Lynne was squirming while Sam posed them to look as if all was friendly. But why go out in public with him at all? Why not call the police the moment she had any grounds to? Administering prescription drugs to her, presumably prescribed by one of her psychiatrists, does not by itself constitute "drugging" someone (as if to do them harm). It still seems to me that for Sam (and Michael Sands) to go so far as to pursue this with lawyers and courts, there is something they have on the parents (or Britney) which gives them a degree of power. At least enough to feel they have something to pursue. Adnan is still somewhat in the picture, too., and in the good graces of the parents. Why? There's more to this ...

135. I think posts #100 and #132 say it all. She is DONE...Stick a fork in her!
I hope and pray that she'll get her brain back enough to realize that she has ruined not only her own career and personal life, but also the lives of many close to her, and just give it up!!! She never had any real talent. All of her voice work on record is synthisized beyond recognition. She has no concept of right and wrong. It's all about Brittany. Well, now it's all over little girl. GROW UP and face the mess you made. God help those poor kids if she ever has any more contact with them. I was never a big fan of K-Fed, but the more time that goes by, the better he looks as a responsible parent. I wish the judge would just grant him permanent custody and get this whole thing over with.
