47. In April 2007, an Orange County Superior Court granted a restraining order against Lutfi for 29-year-old Danny Haines, who told Blender he had been a close friend of Lutfi for two years.

According to Blender, Haines said he and Lutfi met on Myspace.com in 2005 when Haines was struggling with relationships with his relatives and friends. The two became tight pals, Haines told the magazine, and Lutfi emphasized that he could be a mediator between Haines and his family.

Haines claims Lutfi showed a jealous side, leaving voicemails calling Haines "worthless," and then divulging, "I love you, man. I love you to death." Haines alleges Lutfi later suggested Haines take sleeping pills, "lots of them," following a dispute over money Lutfi allegedly borrowed from Haines, according to the magazine.

Haines claims when he stopped communicating with Lutfi, Lutfi retaliated by e-mailing naked photographs of Haines to his family, friends, colleagues and employer, and text messaged and called repeatedly.

50. Glad to see the federal judge is continuing what the Superior Court started. This shows that the feds will defer to the better judgment of the state court in probate matters and other legal issues that arise under state law. I think Sam has got himself deeper in hot water than he bargained for. Hope he didn't pay for the bad advice!!!

53. Lillie, I understand some people are keeping tabs on him. X17 say he went to visit her on Tue (he was a good boy and waved into the camera for them), but OK say he was turned away from the gates by her house on Wed night when he went to visit. X17 spotted him out for dinner (after this) with some girl (and though they are trying to imply something I can't help but thinking WTF, because the ditzy girl said they were on a business meet, yet she didn't seem like thebusiness type!)...
He gived me the creeps too. And I know that it's mainly because he's an ex-pap, but also for the way he loves the attention (reminds me of Sam)...

59. What is wrong with this guy? It's obvious she is doing better without him around to. His actions are showing his guilt. He doesn't want to be served the restraining order and it pretty much is bordering on obsession when he has his lawyer in court contesting the order. He should really save the lawyer for when is arrested for drugging Britney.
