Nothing like waiting until you've made a complete mess of yourself, driven dangerously with your kids in the car, totally blown off whatever the court tells you to do to suddenly say "hey! my ex is a mess too!" 26. Wow first thing I thought when I read this is...Neither will have the kids. Maybe thats the best thing for both the boys. You've got Brit who just doesnt have it together, mentally, shes a mess! Kevin who seems to be trying, You dont see him out driving wrecklessly blowing through red lights, at least he stays out of the spotlight when he has the kids. I think this is a late ditch effort on Britneys side, however, I dont think it matters at this point. I feel bad for the boys, someone else needs to have them and get them away from that drunken/drugged fool...and by that, I mean both parents!!

27. Looks like the kids will go to Social Services if both are unfit and Brit's mom can't get them either. All I can say is, God help the children! They didn't ask to be brought into ALL THIS MESS.

30. Ok TMZ you've set out to be there for Britney's every move, now it's time you do the same for the looser. It seems everyone has forgotten what a looser husband, and father he was when he was married to Britney. I seriously doubt he has changed, he just isn't in the spot light like's Brit's every move.
