I always watched the show and they always was praying before the go out to catch a crimminal, so what goes on behind closed doors should have been kept behind closed doors.the son was wrong for selling his tapes and selling his father out for the love of MONEY......, they should have handle this in an adult man to man way.. and the father she accept his sons decision on who every he picks he doesnt't have to like her, but this is who his son want to be with. and with the father back ground who is he to tell anybody anything. someone married him even with his nasty background. so the son and the father was wrong. life is too short,....and money is the root of all evil.

257. There’s much more to Dog’s sordid past than just a few racial slurs here. And, Beth Chapman is no angel either. For starters, Dog is on his fifth marriage to Beth. He is the father of at least 12 children, most of who were raised in broken homes. Infidelities galore!

The National Enquirer has come out within the past year with more dirt on the Dog than just the latest racial slurs. For example, some claim Dog is a crack head, such as ex and wifey # 4, Tawny Chapman, ex-girlfriend and possibly illegitimate daughter Dalana Duncan, ex-drug dealer Linda Heigle, 1st born illegitimate son Christopher Chapman who claims his father (Dog) got him addicted to crack, and Gloria Hecht whose Christopher’s adoptive mother since he was five years old. Another former family member, the daughter of Wife No. 4 – Tawny Chapman – also claims Dog a crack head and says he used her when she was a minor teen to procure crack and prostitutes for him, made passes at her, and pimped her out for crack.

Dalana Duncan claims Dog swore in court after bailing her out of jail and while she was a minor teen that she was his daughter. She recently challenged him to genetic testing in a NE article because they had sex and smoked crack together for the first time a few years after she moved in with Dog and family at age 16, and later when they had sex she was of legal age. Dalana also claims Dog smoked crack and had sex with her just a few months before he married Beth in 2006.

Finally, I believe Andrew Luster innocent of the alleged rape charges, and Dog and litter did attempt to capture him illegally in Mexico in 2003. Dog and Beth have spread many lies to whomever in the media will give them attention, over Dog’s and litter’s illegal attempts to capture Luster in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They shed lies about Luster to boost their agenda and star ratings on their popular TV show. 258. I believe that this NEVER should have become a public issue. What Dog said to his son was PRIVATE, and not meant for the media. There is NO reason for something he said in private to cancel his show. He didn't pull a Don Imus, and say what he said on something nationally televised. What he may have done before any of all this (being a felonist), has NOTHING to do with what is going on now.

261. It's funny that the very same people who cry out freedom of speech whenever they rant about their pet peeves now want to act as this guy's conscience. Thought police aren't just in books and Orwell was right about a lot of things. This was a private call to his own kid, he can say whatever he wants and it's his own business. He didn't say it on his show, he was obviously very upset and made comments he probably regrets. I don't like the guy and can't stand his show, but I have no problem with him thinking and saying any racist thing he wants. It proves he's a bigot and stupid but since when is that new? You're free to be that in the USofA, as long as you don't rent or sell anything and don't hire anyone. Thus far the government can't regulate your own thoughts.

We all say things in conversations that we don't want everybody to here blacks and whites i enjoy Dogs show and want to watch his show. We all have better things to do beside worrying what he said. I believe there is more here about illegal taping of phone conversations. Dog the Bounty Hunter is a show, on cable no less, so one you dont have to watch. a lot of you hate him so much i am guessing you watch often I mean if not how would you know the guy? his wife? his background? Everyone of us in America have either said the word or have had someone close to us say it or heard a movie or a song with the word in it, you choose on those ocassions to walk way and ignore it so why is this any different ?? And dont give me the cope out " well kids could see it " i am a parent and i am active in my childs life and until he is an adult he will not watch adult programing this includes Dog, MTV, ect. . . so give it a rest and pay attention to your own lives and hopefully your own kids or grankids, pay attention to our government think about whose hands you will put my soldier's life and other soldiers lifes in next year. For the record i dont watch Dog but i dont have time i have a life.

Dog and his family have done a lot of good. He certainly reaches out to the less fortunate. His apology is enough. The ban on his show needs to be lifted. Those who are complaining about his show must not be watching all of the distasteful topics that are aired on other channels.

270. Dog is not a bad guy any more. Give him a break!! Everyone says things that they wish they could take back. It's unfortunate that his son didn't just wait a while so the situation could calm down. It all could have worked out without the world being involed in their business. I really feel for Dog and his family for I do beleive that they mean well. I wish them the strength to get through this with their family intact.
Hope he will be back on the tube. I think he will.
