K-Fed Retains Custody -- Brit Gets Visitation

Kevin Federline will retain custody of his children and Britney will get monitored visitation -- this after a court hearing lasting nearly three hours.

There's another hearing on October 26.

K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan says both sides presented evidence at today's hearing. He told reporters outside that he and Kevin felt the ruling was "justified."

K-Fed showed up in court. Brit wasn't there. We just got a shot of Spears gassing up her SUV at a Shell gas station in the San Fernando Valley.

35. as usual, Unfitney's fans are out in force blaming her behavior on everyone but her...whatever..KFed is far outshining her...he has dignity...he has a stable nanny and child proof home...he isn't out every night and he doesn't whore his children out to the media...he's 3x's the person that she is..and, if he stepped out with his children...it would be a zoo..the paps are after him..he just knows how to conduct himself with..um...dignity...

Enough already....... I would like to see any of you in that papas frenzy every time you guys poke your nose out to see the weather. Yes, she is a celebrity and needs to understand paps come with that fame, but every second??? Even when trying to go potty???

There has been lots of people doing terrible things...... Hilton, Anderson, Jolie, Lohan, Richie, but TMZ is determined to strike on Britney cause she is single, young and with no one on her side to defend her!! please TMZ back off. I have NEVER seen you print one thing nice about her, and the posts keep getting dirtier, and more cynical than ever..

So she has shown her crotch! Granted, VERY VERY BAD, but does that mean that porn stars shouldn't have their kids? She is in the entertainment business.... word often used by people who have posed for playboy (Bad Bad). Her problem is that she has never had a real mother to show her the way.

If I were her, the first thing I would do is contract a lawyer to sue your pants TMZ, for picking on a young girl and kicking her when she is at her lowest.

I am sure she gave the babies up early cause she needed to get a lot of things done before her next hearing, and having to run away from paps with 2 kids in tow is very inconvenient and horrifying to her and the KIDS!!!! Those kids should be taken away from you TMZ!!!!! If you really cared about them, you should give her some breathing space.

I do not follow her music, etc., but I do her "life," and I wish I was there to guide her and yes, comfort her. All the girl needs is a good Mom, not one that while she was growing up, only wanted to milk her....

Poor Britney....... Tmz, whoever is putting all these horrendous posts, with these horrendous innuendoes, will have to pay someday.......

39. Good for him...I hope he....... STAYS....... at home and cares for these children that is what they deserve...and not have a nanny caring for them. He is no ANGEL! These children need STABILITY! To bad the judge did not place them with a family member that would care and raise them outside of CA., and put a restraing order on the papz..from taking pictures of them..I can't even imagine why any parent would want flash bulbs flashing in their childrens faces at every moment! The whole thing blows my mind!

40. Thank God, those kids are safe at last from their deranged druggie mother. She has never shown concern or love for them, and her habit of running around naked in her house in front of guests and bodyguards and servants will be very harmful to them as they get older. And I hope she has to pay Kevin a ton of money, he deserves it for Britney being such a pi$$-poor excuse of a mother. Now someone needs to commit Britney to a long stay in rehab. She's a poor excuse for a mother, poor excuse for a human being.

44. You people knocking Kevin should be ashamed. Would you rather those children go to Britney who has never bonded with them, who parties incessently, who uses them for photo ops, than be in a stable enviroment where they can be cared for and actually be able to see and bond with the grandparents and siblings? If so, you need intensive therapy. If anything ever happened to those kids while in Britney's care, you all would be on the bandwagon knocking Kevin for not removing them from that environment. Give the guy a break. He never said she wanted to take the kids from her permanently. He only said that she needed help - who among you can say that she doesn't!

45. I wonder how often judges are tested for drugs. How can any judge in their right mind give kids to an unemployed (and unemployable) person. I guess as long as that good monthly check comes in from Britney he will be sitting high. What a low life, not just KFed but the judge too!
