Well, now, the guy in the "future" pic isn't real, its an actor with makeup in one of the awesomest movies ever, but I believe it is based on the story of a real boy with that disease who died at 16. TMZ has never been known for its class. And seriously, whats going on with Carrot-Top? That too, is just sad
