"High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens is being sued by her attorney for unpaid fees -- totaling $150,000 -- and says he helped her earn more than $5 million clams! That's a lot of scratch for an 18-year-old!

Brian L. Schall's suit alleges that Miss Hudgens (who recently became known worldwide via her nudie pix) owes for legal services based on contracts she signed with Schall dating to October, 2005, and he wants his 5% of her earnings.

The suit says that Vanessa "has paid some, but not all, of the money owed ..." Too bad he didn't have a piece of those infamous pix.

Calls to Vanessa's reps were not immediately returned.

19. she can afford to pay. she made over $2 million from hsm alone so if anything, this was either her parents or accountant's fault. it's funny how 'this lawyer' is trying to cash in on the vanessa media. if her contract was from 2005, then she would've been only 16..making her a minor and she can't sign a contract without a legal guardian so there you have it. give the girl a break.

22. If Hudgens was under 18 in 2005, it's possible that she had no legal obligation to fulfill any contract she signed as a minor, unless it was co-signed by a legal guardian, at which point the legal guardian is obligated.

24. She is just now 18. In 2005, she could not enter into a legal contract. YOU ARE NOT TELLING THE FULL STORY, TMZ! Maybe this "lawyer" is just trying to get his name out there now that she is well known!

25. Her lawyer will be crucified in court. He voluntarily added the ad-hominem : "“Perhaps Vanessa Hudgens… needs to go back to school to learn a very basic lesson in contractual obligations,” which opens the door to his clients' contractual and legal competence.

Since the contract was signed in 2005, and since his client was born in December of 1988 (basically 1989) she was barely 16. With parental consent, she would be able to enter into SOME contracts, but since her laywer raised the competence issue, then he's basically given implicit consent to balance the entire case on the issue of his clients' standing, and not being of the age of majority, when "knowledge of contractual obligations" are expected, then he's rather personally sunk his own case.

What kind of idiot laywer puts ad-hominems in the lawsuit?!

26. She's a cheap ho. Disney should can her ass. Decent women do not pose for nude pics, even for boyfriends, specially for boyfriends when you are 18. It denotes lack of moral character. Moral character is not learned in school, it comes with home upbringing. Which means she's a cheap ho. PAY THE LAWYER, cheap lowlife.
