47. Time-Warner, owner of TMZ, may be cupable for buying the audio if there were any prior contacts with Riccio, which I believe do exist. Harvey, come clean and tell us how much you paid for the tape and what prior contact was made with Riccio. Riccio does not seem bright enough to have figured out on his own how to waltz into TMZ offices and strike a deal.

54. The stuff belonged to SImpson. You can't charge a guy for robbery for trying to get his own stuff back. How stupid are the Las Vegas cops???

It's pretty obvious that hte other guy Riccio set this whole charade up. Simpson wasn't holding a gun, and the cameras show that he wasn't even holding the stuff!!!

If this ever goes to trial, the whole thing will boil down to "reasonable doubt" and I'm sure that Simpson will be acquitted.

This whole circus is just being done for the TV news media!!

56. My day is only half complete because Phil Spector must have had the same jury as OJ. If he is in prison for the rest of his life that makes is all good. Karma bit his big old ass good time. 58. Shaft, you can charge someone for robbery guns are involved to get back your stuff. He should have had the cops get it for him. He isn't very bright, you gotta admit. He didn't have to be holding the gun, he was involved in the robbery where someone was holding a gun. If you drive the getaway car during a bank robbery, you are still guilty. There isn't reasonable doubt, there is audio of his voice during the hold up. If he thought he was being set up, perhaps he shouldn't have gone there in the first place. Like I say, he isn't very bright, just lucky in all the other times he broke the law and wasn't charged/convicted
