Lohan -- Cleaning Toilets 12 Steps at a Time

Lindsay Lohan is at what is considered the most hardcore drug treatment facility in the nation.
Lindsay Lohan and Crique Lodge
TMZ has confirmed Lohan is at Cirque in Orem, Utah, a treatment center run by Mormons. People inside the facility say Lindsay has been a "model patient," and gets absolutely no special treatment.

A television show is broadcasting a piece tonight with a woman in silhouette -- who claims she was at the facility with Lindsay, and that Lohan was difficult with the staff, refused to attend meetings and got lots of special attention -- including a private room. TMZ knows differently.

Sources inside the facility say that Lindsay attends12-step every day as well as other meetings, talks with psychiatrists and psychologists, and receives "other medical treatment." She is not in a private room; she has two roommates. She spends time during the day and night washing dishes, cleaning toilets and doing laundry.

Doctors at the facility say she has been cooperative from the get-go. As for the woman making the allegations, there are two facilities at Cirque -- The Lodge and The Studio. We're told Lindsay and the woman were at different facilities and there was only a short overlap. We're told the woman dropped out of the program days after Lindsay arrived, "against medical advice." Several doctors described the woman as "a problem." We're told the only way the woman could have even seen Lindsay was at group meetings -- she was never in a position to even see Lindsay's accommodations.

And we have more: We're told the day of her arrest, Lohan went to an intense, medical detox facility in L.A. for eight days. She then went directly to Cirque.

One Cirque insider says Lohan says the program is "life-saving."

48. I'll put the over/under at 2 weeks, before she gets high again after rehab.

49. I think she has made a great decision. She is getting help. This is a long process. I t doesn't happen over night and at least it's faith based, which really helps when you are an addict. Getting help should be her main concern and the legal stuff will fall were may. I am sure with support she will handle it and take responsibility for her actions.
All you hate mongers are just going to have to wait for her sentencing. It will probably be prosponed till she finishes which probably won't be for 6 months. I think the judge will take into account that she has a problem and took it serious. I don't believe she has to have the book slamed at her and spend years in jail. That wouldn't do anyone any good. She is young . She made a mistake and she is getting help. Hopefully she can act again and prove you people wrong
As for the loser on Inside. She should be charged with fraud and held on charges for her actions

50. #20. THE MORMON FAITH IS A CULT, NOT OCLUT. I DO WISH HER THE VERY BEST IN THERE. HER HIGHER POWER IS JESUS CHRIST, JUST LET HIM INTO YOUR HEART LINDSAY. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU AND GOD BLESS!!

51. there are no chores at Cirque.
the staff is great, with the exception of one or two, but they work at the Studio......the therapists at the Lodge are amazing!!!
Good Luck to her, maybe people should give her time to heal...and leave her ALONE.
It's pretty lame the way people devour young stars. Imagine if she was your daughter or sister and then thinnk about what you say.

52. There's one thing that all of you are failing to take into account. In all actuality, the judge and lawyers are always going to do whatever they can to keep people out of jail. "WHAT?!?" I hear you ask, "THAT'S CRAZY!" Well, unfortunately we live in a country that has more people committing crimes than there is space for them to be held. This is why we have these rehab programs, halfway houses, probation officers, things of this nature. It's easy to look at Lindsay Lohan and say that she's getting special treatment because she's an actress. The honest truth is that a very small percentage of people who commit these crimes actually go to jail for any length of time. It's just too expensive. And when I say expensive, I mean too expensive for the taxpayers. Besides, no one wants a prison in their town, or anywhere near their town, so it makes it even more difficult.

The only difference between Lindsay Lohan and Norma Nobody who gets arrested in your local city is that Lindsay's outcome is televised. If you don't believe me, go talk to a judge, lawyer, or local policemen. They talk tough, and they talk jail, but the reality is they don't want to have to pay the cost to keep them in prison. As a matter of fact, the only reason these cases are even going to trial is because the judges and lawyers want their 15 minutes of fame. No one gets famous when the case is settled out of court.

53. Hey, I live in Utah. You'd be surprised how much boozing and smoking goes on here. The Mormons just don't like to talk about it.

54. My prayers go out to her. So many of us have made mistakes in our youth that we seriously can not sit here and judge her for her "crime". I hope she gets herself straight and comes back better than she ever.

Leave religion/cults out of this, I don't think it makes a difference. It's about the therapy she is receiving and about being away from the toxic people who enabled her to mess up so bad.

Good Luck Lindsey!

55. this is ALL to avoid jail!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise, she'd be with a straw up her nose, keys in 1 hand and a drink in the other. Whatever!

56. BULLCRAP!!! Who the hell is going to believe that crap? How quick do we forget the stupid pictures with her ankle bracelet on. It's just a huge show and oh ya this is funny, she's receiving "Medical treatment?" Haaa. Like I said before BULLCRAP!!!!

57. Cirque is not Morman based. But who cares? At least people of that faith are kind, considerate contributing members to society. And they value family the way everyone should.
Im a WASP and I went to Cirque. AA uses the phrase "higher power of your choice."
As far as employee's being embarrassed over the leak, most of the younger staff do not have a clue. The older ones Gary, Wendy.....are very professional and do their best to keep privacy for all. There are like 10 Major names not posted here of past patients....maybe the ones that are just used Cirque as PR.
the equine therapy is cool, and different approach to therapy.
and the physical exercises, hiking, climbing, etc are great for a younger person.
I would not classify it as hardcore though, better than promises...equal to sierra tuscon..the best are hazelton, caron, betty ford, meadows they dont mess with the original AA program.
whatever, its not the rehab that gets you sober.
spend all the money in the world...all you need is to follow the suggestions from the big book, and the admission that you have a problem.

58. People that don't understand the movie "I know who killed me" here *spoliers* I'll explain it to you.

CobaltDuck explains - The Movie is not about a Twin finding her sister like some psychological mystery crime drama. ITs not really torture porn. Its a Psychological thriller. The movie a about Aubrey using her imagination to try to solve the mystery of who is killing her. Aubrey doesn't make it. Aubrey is killed. Aubrey is captured, tortured, buried alive, and the mysterious killer gets away with it. Aubrey doesn't know who is killing her, so she retreats to her mind and to avoid the pain and try to make sense out of why this is happening to her. That part where Dakota lays down next to Aubrey isn't a tired Dakota taking a quick nap its Aubrey finally dieing.

The MOvie on the very first viewing is suppose to confuse you...it leads you in many directions and possibilities.. Does Aubrey has multiple personality disorder, or maybe she is an engineered twin for an experiment (take note of the similar faces of the 2 previous girls maybe they were both engineered twins and killed as well), or Dakota really is a twin... These are just decoy plots. Every time Dakota feels pain..thats not Dakota thats Aubrey feeling it. Every vision Dakota has is not a vision .thats Aubrey seeing the situation. The movie's first viewings purpose is to make you think the story is going in a different direction. Only at the very end does it become clear and the movie comes into focus. It should hit you in the gut that Aubrey didn't make it. Its sad. It should make you angry because Aubrey is strong and not weak but she never had a chance to fight back.

The 2nd viewing you have the time to look at all the clues, because maybe the Piano teacher wasn't the one that killed her maybe thats just Aubrey's best guess before she died, its probabley the gardener. Maybe it was the strange man on the bus. Maybe its the psychiatrist. Maybe the killer is hidden in her mind. Maybe no clue in her mind will help her solve the mystery. Even Aubrey herself doesn't understand why she is doing this. I like to think Aubrey got it right and figured it out and gave her self some comfort for solving the mystery.

People that criticise the movie, including newspaper critics, just don't get the point of the movie. It goes right over their head. They can't see it even though its right in front of their eyes. One could start to suspect where the movie was heading when the "strange" explanation for Dakota losing body parts was explained by "Twin stigmata". This is a fantasy, they could of equally used Voodoo or witchcraft or alien invaders as fantasy substitutes. Then when Dakota decided to drive with her father to the piano teachers house (with out back up or calling the police i might add) the direction of the story should of become suspect. When Dakota said "I think i know who killed me" the audience should of started figured it out, because why would Dakota say "I think i Know who killed me" it doesn't make sense, Dakota was never touched by the Piano teacher, nor was she being killed, she said it because she was Aubrey and Aubrey was close to death and wanted to figure it out. Then Dakota finds Aubrey... it should become obvious that all of this is in Aubreys head. Dakota joins Aubrey because Aubrey is in her last breath. The movie ends and goes no further because Aubrey is dead. If it wasn't in Aubreys head then the next scene would show the next day at her dads funeral with both sisters on crutches. But, Aubrey is dead.

The movie isn't suppose to make you feel good. It should make you feel sad/angry/depressed/uncomfortable. It is not a normal happy Holloywood movie. But its tragedy will keep you thinking about it for a long time. the stripper scenes make you feel like the movie you see is real. If the ending was a happy ending the effect would not be the same. Aubrey dies... and its really sad and such a waste.

I know who killed me is a good movie.
