48. Larry testified, I think, that he went with Anna to her dr. when she had a sonogram done. These may well have been in with other items in a larger package or envelope. The court was probably mainly interested in any medical records pertaining to the date of conception and her due date.

Whatever, it seems they should just go ahead and open the envelope. And as others have stated, why is Larry now in Anna's house (part of her estate)?

49. #48 You remind me that some of her bones WERE BROKEN. There are pictures of Anna in a wheelchair with a cast on her leg somewhere. I think she broke her ankle or some other part of her leg while roller skating or some such thing.

if howard had controlling rights to the house it would have been his taxes to pay....did he talk larry into also paying HIS back taxes? he's already talked him into paying HIS law firm for services to fight opri....and obviously he's already talked larry into not suing him for the expenses of the trial, but stiff opri instead.

that being said, no matter what the circumstances, the judge was suppose to make this known to all parties concerned that he received this package whatever it was....is there anything in the record of his reorting this?

52. This is one of the strangest stories I've ever heard. Two young people dead & the main characters, Howard & Larry, have profited tremendously. Common sense tells me these two men have a lot to hide & I hope justice can one day be served. When Larry got what he needed from Virgie & Opri, he again sided up with his ole buddy Howard. Virgie was stripped of any rights to pursue the causes of death for Anna & Daniel. Shame on all the lawyers & judges who changed the laws that have been in affect for years & transferred the rights of a deceased body to go to two men who slept with her, supplied her with drugs & lived off her financially instead of a parent.

Remember that Daniel had bruses on his body and Perper stated that Anna had a bruse on her back and the conspirators claimed that she fell in the bath tub hence the bruse on her back. God is not sleeping and he is going to prick one of the players conscience and have that person confess of the foul play in Anna and Daniel's death and bring down all the leeches and conmen. IMO, the players, HKS, Larry and company will continue to stratigically put out things about Anna to keep the stoory in the Media becuse this is the only way that they are go to make thier fortune off of Anna's likeness and image apart from pimping DL and this is getting a bit stale already because the public is catching on to their game.

virgie's position to remove anna's body is not totally lost.
i dont know if she has the finances to go there but there is a good chance based on the performance in that florida court and what we now know she could come back and challenge as next of kin

if larry does the right thing and allows virgie in the child's life and comes to his senses with regard to howard larry could still remove the body on behalf of his daughter

billy wayne smith is still the next-of-kin to anna and can certainly put up a fight to remove his son from the bahamas.

and another possibility::::::California could drop a bombshell to both of these guys by giving Virgie control of that estate. If she is chosen as dannielynn's executor she could act in dannielynn's behalf and remove the bodies from the bahamas.

i kno larry, howard think they have this all sewn up, but dont pre-read the California Courts, especially when it comes to a child's welfare, and it would be a GIANTIC mistake to pre-read what they do in bahamas. Bahamas are not known to treat people differently because of their so called "status". everyone is (most often -- minor exceptions, but not the rule) the same. Which is why they were so annoyed with Shane Gibson's behavior in pushing anna's citizenship status through ahead of others.

in fact they were so mad that they demonstrated their frustratoin at their last election. the party that shane gibson belonged to has been in power for decades....but because shane messed up, the people did an about face at the voting poles and voted the party out. Officials there are still in shock. Shane Gibson's party was always considered the better choice for the people by the people. But he screwed up. the people in his disrtict voted him to a position, but voted his party out. like saying shane wond the battle, but he LOST the war. and members of his own party are not very happy with him because they feel it is because of them that they lost an entire election.

so if howard thought he had ties because of shane, he needs to seriously be thinking again.
they cant wait to fry his butt for wrong doing. They will be fair and square right down the line. and howard has a lot of explaining to do. if it doesnt add up, hell get a swift murder charge against him, and more than likely, found giulty because the same souces that found sufficient evidence to charge him with murder will be the same sources to try him for murder.

that's a pretty brazen move of his.
could it be the house now belongs to howard? is it possible that it defaulted to him by anna's death?

Howard was such a scheming pig and the fact that he obviously planned this a long time ago could have him writing in a clause of survivorship. and he's so greedy and like other pepole to pay his bills that he talked larry into renting the house for x-amount of months for free in exchange for larry paying the back taxes?

if so, i'll bet the house it's still in howard's name but larry paid the taxes......he is just that low....and larry is so green, he probably doesnt even see the injustice of it...same way he's letting howard get away with not paying for that opri bill.

60. From what I recall, Anna's house in Studio City, CA where Larry is living was put into the corporation "Hot Smoochie Lips" with only TWO people involved in the corporation. And each had right of survirorship. With Anna dead, guess who became the sole survivor? Also heard that ET paid the back taxes. (Just what I heard on one of the news stations awhile back)
