my take on this was seidlin used the information that arrived along with the package and threw away what was not important which was this surgical report.

i think he was sent a whole package that included this piece of informtion. he took what he thought improtant and tossed the rest. we men, are always carless in these things. dont ask me to explain it, but women always do the right thing; men we are bungling fools who dont seem to grasp what is really important when it comes to hididng stuff. it's why we always get caught in affairs, when a woman wouldnt.

you can bet your bottom dollar that one envelope was among a pile of a larger envelope and seidlin trashed what he didnt need. but the important part he kept.

this informtaion could only come from howard who had access to anna's mail. he bribed the judge. now we understand the "goofiness" was not goofiness at all. it was his way to give howard what he wanted.

39. Somebody give me a scenario whereby ANS's X-rays of plastic surgery could serve any purpose in a hearing on where to bury her. Is this some kind of cover-up involving gthe autopsy? Is the Seminole PD or Sheriff's Dept. aware of this envelope's existence.

Fools we are not, what sort of material do you think Seindlin kept? what use did he put it to? I'm having a hard time figuring out the significance of this. What does it indicate other that some sort of connection between the judge & ANS's plastic surgeon & possibly HKS?

You have developed the scheming tactics of howard and i will not be at all surprised if you did not get coaching from howard and lin wood.

41 Justice Denied

the scenario that evolves is that envelope was among a much larger package. it probably was not meant to be among the other contents which we might never know just waht it was, possibly a bribe or information that clearly told the judge that howard couldnt possibly be the dad. Keeping in mind that it has to do with Medical Treatment, it's very likely it was among other "medical" information from Anna's personal things.

someone leaked it intentionally, or unintentionally....it's obvious it did not come alone. if it did it would have been opened. if it was in a much larger envelope of package it is quite possible the important stuff was looked and this which appeared to be from anna's surgeon was not significant. It probably sat around with other items to be discarded and so it was.

now here's what's mindboggling::WOULDNT A JUDGE, OR ANY JURIST, SHRED ANY OF THEIR PAPERWORK.
you would think a judge would be careful and at least use shredder for personal paperwork and recycle other paper. NOt to mention that anything he brings home on a case should be placed back into a special box or briefcase to ensure it ends up back at the courthouse where it belongs. EVEN MORESO, if he received this information he had a duty to disclose it to both sides and return from whence it came. he certainly had enough information to know it belonged to anna and should be returned to her address or her next-of-kin. he could have held onto it until next-of-kin was established. Did Milstein lift it along with other items from the HORIZON HOUSE when he visited? it has been said that this case gets stranger and stranger as time goes by. by far, this is the strangest yet.

is it possible someone took it from his home and trashed it with the intent that it was found to let everyone know to look at the judge a little closer? but they didnt want to come forward themselves?
