Is today's game of "He said, she said" -- Angelina Jolie vs. FOX News?

Ms. Jolie was on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" last night, where she was asked about the so-called "ban" clamped on press at the premiere of "A Mighty Heart" in NYC on Wednesday. While Jolie admits a memo was indeed drawn up that asked reporters to limit their questions to the film, she says nobody was forced to sign it. She added that her handlers wrote it, but she personally wouldn't have put it out there.

TMZ caught Angie on her way out of the taping and again outside Florence Gould Hall, where she was swarmed by fans, paps and autograph seekers -- again taking time to sign for the crowd.

This isn't a he said, she said with Fox. Other news agencies are claiming the same thing, and because of the contract they were forced to sign, would not cover the premiere.

22. I think Katie has a 5 year contract with Tom. Nicole had a 10 year contract. I'd have his baby if I got paid millions and millions. Seriously, who wouldn't? Look at the shopping spree she kept having once she got together with him. She was shopping for shoes, clothes, etc. She was having the time of her life!

29. why would Fox News lie? They gave A Mighty Heart a positive rating. You people who hate Fox News because you are narrowminded and prejudiced against anything that does not reflect your opinion - you are no different than the news you condemn. And I don't watch Fox news (or any other tv news for that matter)

Also, look at who she's taking her defense to. THE DAILY SHOW???? Why doesn't she confront the reporters she banned? or is that too brave for her?

Brad looked miserable during that whole preshow.
