Sizemore Busted for Crystal Meth -- AGAIN!

"Black Hawk Down" star Tom Sizemore is back behind bars today after cops say the actor had been using crystal meth outside of a hotel in Bakersfield, Calif.

Sizemore, who is currently on probation for another drug rap in 2004, was taken into custody early Tuesday morning after an associate allegedly tried to fight an employee outside the Four Points Sheraton hotel. The associate, Jason Salcido, was also arrested. Cops say Salcido was carrying a "narcotic smoking pipe" at the time of the bust.

A search of the 2004 Ford Mustang that Sizemore was sitting in during the arrest allegedly yielded two bags of meth and pipes.

According to police sources, Sizemore was booked at the Kern County Jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Bail has been set at $14,000.

76. P.S. - Tom Sizemore failed (multiple times) to complete and remain clean after being given the opportunity to receive substance abuse treatment instead of jail.

77. He's not from white trash. He is the son of a history professor in Detroit. Get your facts straight. Although he's got a problem with the nastiest drug out there. Nasty nasty drug. That's what you get for hanging out in Bakers Field.

78. The people most at danger of developing drug and alcohol addiction are people who are untreated for mental health issues. Most of them start using/abusing in their teens, before their problems have been diagnosed. After that, all their erratic behavior is blamed on the substance abuse. Most of use have abused drugs and alcojol in our past, and are able to grow up and leave it behind. For other people it is a life- long struggle. Your body and brain get very used to these chemicals, many of which destroy the very part of the brain where judgement and reason are located. I have had very kind people in my life who are addicts, looking back on it 30 years after we did drugs, it is obvious that the ones who ended up being addicts were already emotionally unstable.

Maybe.... just Maybe then you can get your head clear with what is right!. How you can be so blessed to have done in life what you have, and to let it get away from you, something is very seriously wrong with your life, lets fix it ok??.. Thanks Billy Lee

80. In response to:
"43. Have some compassion for him. He's hooked and needs delivered.
Remember Robert Downey Jr., Courtney Love, Richard Pryor.
They all have or have had great careers since coming clean.
I haven't even touched on the successful recovering alcoholics
that are still in show biz.

Momma, I've got to disagree with one part of your post... how can you seriously believe that Courtney Love is really not doing drugs anymore?

82. The general public perception of drugs as sampled with the comments to this article astound me. Some thought concerning why people try drugs, why they continue, and why they can't stop would do most of you great justice.

83. Mr. Sizemore has always been one of my most favorite actors. Such charisma and talent
mixed with good looks and beautiful eyes. What a terrible sad shame that he has worked so hard to educate himself to become such a great actor and trade in all in for a drug addicted life. I feel so sorry and I hope and pray that Tom can climb out of the deep dark nasty hole he has dug and carve some kind of decent life for himself. Tom, you are in my prayers. We all fall down and need God's help and each others understanding.

84. Tom is the man, This guy should be looked at as a hero and not a sick man. Meth and other stimulents were legal as little as 30 years ago , and the goverment still gives it to our kids," to help them focus ". If this stuff is so bad , why do they allow these pharmaceutical companys to profit off of the health of our children? could it be big money, has any body ever read about prohibition in the 1920"s and 1930's ,the same stuff that is sold at safeway walmart and other major american retailers now was a big problem then people like Al Capone got very wealthy because your goverment decieded that alcohal was not good for you. I think all drugs should be decrimalized , it 's when you outlaw different drugs that they become a problem to society , thier will always be a demand for these drugs ,and when you outlaw them you push the supply to the blackmarket, and create a profit center for the crimnal elemant .

85. odviously meth has been knocking on the celebrity door just like half the population of cali nevada and arizona. Imagine that!!!!!!

86. How can you smoke meth out in the open? Paranoia must not have set in yet as most meth heads smoke in the closet, under blanket, by candlelight with a gun pointed at the door. Impressive he could be outside smoking; or incredibly stupid! (maybe no one will notice!)

87. First, #3 and #13 sound like idiots and white trash to me. You are obviously too ignorant to realize this could be you one day. Tom obviously didn't believe this would be him either or surely he wouldn't have ever tried this crap! #5 - RDJ had a huge support system in the "industry" and out. I for one am thrilled he had this or we would still be reading about his problems. The "hope" RDJ exhibited wasn't his own ALL the time, it was the hope of others that kept him hanging in there as well. #11 I am with you all the way. It's very sad that this drug has such a hold on him, but is anyone really surprised that he can't get off this crap?!!. What he needs is rehab, not prison time. Rehab in a rehabilitation facility under medical supervision, counseling, bringing in family and remaining friends to help work through this. People forget that any one of us could be in his shoes if we ever have one weak moment...or not. It's an illegal drug for him, but what about all the others who simply got hooked on pain meds after they were prescribed in a legit circumstance? He will NEVER get the help he needs sitting behind bars where drugs are sometimes more readily available there instead of the streets. Where is the compassion in so many of the people posting? Tom is killing himself and lining the pockets of others. Surely, TOM doesn't want this life, but the drug is very strong. The distributors of the drugs need prison time while the addicts need rehab. Without rehab the nation will continue to suffer the consequences of a drug infested nation.

88. So sad. I think that he had 'em all fooled including myself (re: reality series) Was he initially being sincere and then when no one was watching did he 'give-in' or was he just playing games with those trying to help his sorry soul? This is just one crazy junkie waiting for the sky to fall in. You're sad brother!

11. Poor Tom. Everyone agrees the guy's a fabulous actor, but he's also a hopeless addict. He's not a danger to anyone except himself. He's a sick man and this is a very sad story. He deserves to be in inpatient drug treatment, not jail. Yeah, I know he's been in treatment before, but I don't see how jailing this poor sick sap will make anyone's life (including Tom's) any bets?

Are you willing to offer that to the millions of drug addicts who are in prison right now because drug addiction has led them down the wrong path? Why should this guy be anny differnet?

90. Meth is such an overwhelmingly addictive substance...it can be nearly impossible to free yourself from...and incomprehensible to someone who's never experienced its insidious treachery. Its the devil if there ever was one. My heart goes out to Tom and anyone else stuggling to free themselves from its powerful grip.
