All Systems Go for Tuesday DNA Reveal

TMZ has confirmed all players are getting in place for the most dramatic moment in the Anna Nicole baby saga, and it will definitely happen Tuesday.

The people who need to be there have booked their tickets. Dr. Michael Baird, the DNA expert from Ohio, has cleared his schedule and will be front and center in a Bahamian court to authenticate his DNA findings. Larry Birkhead will be there, hoping to hear the critical word -- "match." If his DNA matches Dannielynn's, it will almost certainly change everything.

We're told Howard K. Stern has filed no objections since his appeal was rejected last week. The only rub could come in the rather large form of Virgie Arthur, the now universally disliked but omnipresent grandmother of Dannielynn.

One other item -- as we said on Greta's show several days ago, reports that Birkhead has hired a wrongful death lawyer are bogus. The fact is, Birkhead has no legal standing to sue for Anna's death. That would be Dannielynn's deal, and Birkhead doesn't have authority to represent her, at least not yet.

Birkhead has now issued the following statement on his website: "I have not hired or consulted anyone to represent me in a wrongful death suit. That accusation is totally false. The individual that started reporting this 'fact' didn't take the time to contact me or my attorneys to find out the truth. I have not even thought that far as of yet. Paternity first. Everything else next."

91. virgie is the babys grandmother, whatever happened between her&anna was then its time to let that go break the cycle and try to let some love flow. let dannielynn grow up knowing her grandmother and make her own decision about the matter. mothers and daughters fight all the time,even become estranged, but they still love each other we must learn to forgive virgie you have my support and prayers

96. Anna died of a TOXIC overdose of drugs. However, she would be alive today had the enabler/s NOT enabled. I think the Seminole Indian Police Department’s investigation into her death is an embarrassment to America…I also think that’s why they refuse to release any report for public scrutiny. Please email your concerns to Florida’s Attorney General and to Florida’s Governor as well to once and for all offer justice to Anna Nicole Smith.

97. Virgie Arthur is universally disliked? What in the hell for ? This woman is the grandmother of this baby, Good Lord, she has lost a daughter and a grandson in this mess. All she is doing is see to it that this baby gets a decent life because she is afraid of Howard Sterns inability in raising this baby, I dont blame her a damned bit. Virgie Arthur has not done a damned thing wrong. She and her daughter didnt get along sometimes but so what? im sorry Anna and her son are dead, but Anna was a nitwit in a lot of ways, She stayed stoned half the time, hung obviously with the wrong people, And she was not truthful a lot. She did not grow up in poverty, though she was certainly not rich, She came from a middle class family, Her Mother was a deputy sherriff for Lords sake, According to what her own family has said she only lived in tiny mexia Texas for three or four years in high school years and she grew up in Houston, the fourth largest city in the USA. Anna even admitted once that she said she grew up in timy Mexia becasue "It sounded better for her carreer, saying she came from nothing." I think Annas mother has been through a hell of a lot of stress over this, Put yourself in her shoes, having to travel all over to defend that poor baby and put up the media crap. She is not a rich woman. I feel sorry for her.

THE HUTZPAH OF THIS WOMAN AND HER FAMILY OF LEECHES CURRENTLY LIVING (TRESPASSING) IN ANOTHER MAN'S HOUSE WITH ANOTHER MAN'S BABY IS INCREDIBLY REVOLTING. I PRAY THAT TUESDAY'S PATERNITY ANNOUNCEMENT THAT LARRY IS THE BABY'S DADDY WILL FINALLY PUT AN END TO THIS OUTRAGEOUS FRAUD.

I think TMZ is anticipating Virgie being universally disliked on Tuesday if they announce Larry the father and Virgie files for FULL CUSTODY of Larry's child and delays his reunion with his daughter. I've had no fault with Virgie up to this point but clearly if she tries to take the baby from Larry it will be for nothing but the money!

101. I personally think LB and Virgie are thinking they don't want to see the baby with HKS and his family. Virgie is hoping and praying LB is the Father but if he isn't she is taking out "insurance" to safe guard her granddaughter and her welfare. IF LB is the Father he has stated she could see her granddauughter and it wouldn't be a problem. If he is not she still need to cover her bases as far as having a relationship with her granddaugther.

I don't know how anyone else feels but how can HKS and his entire family live in a house that is not even there's in the Bahamas. They are covering the baby and "protecting" her from photographers so they SELL them and they are not given away for free. So what if her picture was taken right out in the open?? What harm would it do to stand outside take her out, and get photos taken and be done with it??? That baby probably doesn't even know what a ride in s stroller is--couped up in a dark house all day so HKS and his family can SELL photos of the baby!! As his ugly droopy eyed sister says "It is almost SUREAL." If many photos were taken evenutually the photographers would just "go away."

104. howard, the controlling, enabler is loosing his grip on dannielynn. so he and his family are showing there true colors when they make statements that imply that they're above the law. over my dead body, who are they threatening, now. stop making your own justice and let process go through. you've had someone else's baby and house long enough. by the time these people get through with you, your life will be a revolving door of lawsuits.

105. HK$ will NOT take a DNA test. Why? Not the daddy. HK$ appealed the DNA results. Why? Not the daddy. HK$ squats on property that doesn't belong to him. Why? He's a grifter. He has a stay on the inquest. Why? He has something to hide in my opinion. ALL these legal issues would have been resolved a long time ago if it weren't for HK$ and crew. Ask yourself why?
