Well I for one hope that Howard does not get the baby for many reasons the first being I feel he is nothing more than a parasite and will do nothing but expose and sell the child like he did Anna.

And she is going to make statements" that Virgie will not touch that baby over her dead body!" I think the people in the Bahamas have figured out Howard! and I think they want him GONE!

The baby needs family and if Larry is the Father he should raise her and Virgie should be the Grandmother in this child's life, it clear that Howard and his whack-o chocolate selling sister needs to go find another circus act they can sell!

62. 8. TMZ, It's obvious you guys don't like Virgie, but I do. I resent the fact that you guys are always reporingt that people hate her, as if you are speaking for the entire world. You are no better than ET... acting as if everyone loves Howard ... which is so far from the truth!

Virgie has more ground for defamation/slander/libel lawsuits than does howie, but Virgie has her priorities right and that is:

1)getting the baby away from someone who was present when both her brother and her mother died, and

2)getting justice for Anna's and Daniel's untimely and suspicious deaths.

Hmmm, did he stop the drug usage in the hospital while she was going through Detox?
He could have very well gone to the nurses desk and exposed the situation, but he didnt.

64. Anna probably knew that Howard wasn't the biological father, yet she wanted him to be named on the birth certificate and to help her raise Dannielynn. Keep fighting for custody, Howard and keep Virgirbilly away from the baby. It is what Anna wanted. And for those of you who say Anna was too stoned to make a decision, that would make Larry a rapist.

66. howie i dont think they will allow a duffle bag in the court room be sure to take all your prescriptions that your dr friend wrote to you before court. i bet if you take the meds tuesday even as prescibe to you you will feel no pain and it will make iy easier for larry to get what belongs to him. oh yes see if your friend will give your bonbon sister and puggy brother some prescipitions for there conditions. that way when larry gets his baby maybe bon bon will change her mind and it not be over her dead body when larry lets virgie hold his baby

72. I concur with #42 FYI,

Virgie Arthur was right all along and tried to warn her daughter to her dangerous surroundings. She also raised Anna's son danie as a little boy. Do you really believe she has not feeling for her family and she's simply in this for money? It looks like Harvey Levin and co. have bough into the Stern propaganda on this woman. I believe Stern launched that tirade attack on ET by Anna Nicole in direct response to her accusations directed at Stern regarding her grandson's death and because of outlets like ET and surprising TMZ, Virgie is being villified. Luckily most of the readers here seem to have gotten who the true villain is here. Leave this woman alone TMZ. She's been through enough. She's lost a daughter and a grandson and fears for the life of her baby granddaughter. How dare you question her motives in this? Any human being would respond exactly the same way in a case like this. Whatever fallout Virgie and Anna had over the years (probably over drugs), that has nothing to do with family and love.
