Keep fighting for custody, Howard and keep Virgirbilly away from the baby. It is what Anna wanted. Virgie Arthur was right all along and tried to warn her daughter to her dangerous surroundings. She also raised Anna's son danie as a little boy. Do you really believe she has not feeling for her family and she's simply in this for money? It looks like Harvey Levin and co. have bough into the Stern propaganda on this woman. I believe Stern launched that tirade attack on ET by Anna Nicole in direct response to her accusations directed at Stern regarding her grandson's death and because of outlets like ET and surprising TMZ, Virgie is being villified. Luckily most of the readers here seem to have gotten who the true villain is here. Leave this woman alone TMZ. She's been through enough. She's lost a daughter and a grandson and fears for the life of her baby granddaughter. How dare you question her motives in this? Any human being would respond exactly the same way in a case like this. Whatever fallout Virgie and Anna had over the years (probably over drugs), that has nothing to do with family and love. You're way out of line here, TMZ.

70. CONTROL.. Its all about control. My daughter is living the same life and dont even know it. And theres nothing anyone can do about it. Virgie had high standards and did not approve of her daughters lifestyles. Does this make us bad parent? No contrary We are good parents trying to instill morals in our children then they get mixed up with Trash and are lavished with anything they want and they turn to trash. Oh well theyve made there bed! So Virgie I know where your coming from and keep on keeping on. Deep down Anna knew her Momma loved her, but being under HS$$$ mind control she couldnt break free. 74. For those of you defending Virgie by giving her the name of "Grandmother" ................ please remember that this is a title by genetics only.

She was hated by Anna Nicole, who clearly stated that she "didn't want that woman touching her daughter".

Virgie hasn't been in the picture in over a decade.

She has NO RIGHTS just because there is a genetic tie. She is only here for the money and to be on tv. I personally think she is disgusting and should get out of the situation and go back to Texas. She got caught on the stand by having to acknowledge her relationship with her "good friend" from "Splash Magazine" ~~~~ the same "good friend" that she didn't know where he lived. She only went to visit Daniel's grave to have pictures taken and money was exchanged and she played dumb. Disgusting!

I wish Dannielynn the very best and I hope Virgie never gets to see her again, as that was Anna's wishes and she obviously has reason to have hated her mother.
