All Systems Go for Tuesday DNA Reveal

TMZ has confirmed all players are getting in place for the most dramatic moment in the Anna Nicole baby saga, and it will definitely happen Tuesday.

The people who need to be there have booked their tickets. Dr. Michael Baird, the DNA expert from Ohio, has cleared his schedule and will be front and center in a Bahamian court to authenticate his DNA findings. Larry Birkhead will be there, hoping to hear the critical word -- "match." If his DNA matches Dannielynn's, it will almost certainly change everything.

We're told Howard K. Stern has filed no objections since his appeal was rejected last week. The only rub could come in the rather large form of Virgie Arthur, the now universally disliked but omnipresent grandmother of Dannielynn.

One other item -- as we said on Greta's show several days ago, reports that Birkhead has hired a wrongful death lawyer are bogus. The fact is, Birkhead has no legal standing to sue for Anna's death. That would be Dannielynn's deal, and Birkhead doesn't have authority to represent her, at least not yet.

Birkhead has now issued the following statement on his website: "I have not hired or consulted anyone to represent me in a wrongful death suit. That accusation is totally false. The individual that started reporting this 'fact' didn't take the time to contact me or my attorneys to find out the truth. I have not even thought that far as of yet. Paternity first. Everything else next."

Hmmm, did he stop the drug usage in the hospital while she was going through Detox?
He could have very well gone to the nurses desk and exposed the situation, but he didnt.

Well I for one hope that Howard does not get the baby for many reasons the first being I feel he is nothing more than a parasite and will do nothing but expose and sell the child like he did Anna.

the second reason is that whacked out nut ball of a sister of his! Has anyone seen her web-site www.flurtzchocolate.com Listen to the media clips of her on it! "HELLO WACK JOB" Funny too how she just opened this company a month after Daniel's passing.
And she is going to make statements" that Virgie will not touch that baby over her dead body!" I think the people in the Bahamas have figured out Howard! and I think they want him GONE!

The baby needs family and if Larry is the Father he should raise her and Virgie should be the Grandmother in this child's life, it clear that Howard and his whack-o chocolate selling sister needs to go find another circus act they can sell!

56. howie i dont think they will allow a duffle bag in the court room be sure to take all your prescriptions that your dr friend wrote to you before court. i bet if you take the meds tuesday even as prescibe to you you will feel no pain and it will make iy easier for larry to get what belongs to him. oh yes see if your friend will give your bonbon sister and puggy brother some prescipitions for there conditions. that way when larry gets his baby maybe bon bon will change her mind and it not be over her dead body when larry lets virgie hold his baby

Rather large form.......universally disliked??? How bout doing an opinion poll...make sure you add Bonnie's name to the list.... I'd say she's closer to being universally disliked than Virgie--and even she has a few people buying her watch-me-make-money-from-my-free-publicity chocolates.

58. Anna probably knew that Howard wasn't the biological father, yet she wanted him to be named on the birth certificate and to help her raise Dannielynn. Keep fighting for custody, Howard and keep Virgirbilly away from the baby. It is what Anna wanted. And for those of you who say Anna was too stoned to make a decision, that would make Larry a rapist.
