All Systems Go for Tuesday DNA Reveal

TMZ has confirmed all players are getting in place for the most dramatic moment in the Anna Nicole baby saga, and it will definitely happen Tuesday.

The people who need to be there have booked their tickets. Dr. Michael Baird, the DNA expert from Ohio, has cleared his schedule and will be front and center in a Bahamian court to authenticate his DNA findings. Larry Birkhead will be there, hoping to hear the critical word -- "match." If his DNA matches Dannielynn's, it will almost certainly change everything.

We're told Howard K. Stern has filed no objections since his appeal was rejected last week. The only rub could come in the rather large form of Virgie Arthur, the now universally disliked but omnipresent grandmother of Dannielynn.

One other item -- as we said on Greta's show several days ago, reports that Birkhead has hired a wrongful death lawyer are bogus. The fact is, Birkhead has no legal standing to sue for Anna's death. That would be Dannielynn's deal, and Birkhead doesn't have authority to represent her, at least not yet.

Birkhead has now issued the following statement on his website: "I have not hired or consulted anyone to represent me in a wrongful death suit. That accusation is totally false. The individual that started reporting this 'fact' didn't take the time to contact me or my attorneys to find out the truth. I have not even thought that far as of yet. Paternity first. Everything else next."

3946. Who, of all the people involved, is the ONLY one who has NOT been on every TV show in the country, defaming Anna's name?? Who, of all of them,is the ONLY one in court in Florida who did NOT want to say bad things about her??Howard, that's who. He is the only one who thought the bad publicity of Anna would harm that baby in the years to come. So say what you will about Howard. Actions speak louder than words!!

If she was the horrendous mother that she says she is, why did she give her baby to be raised by her?? I think even that video Anna Nicole made denouncing her mother was another "mushroom trip" that Howard K Stern instigated. He is the vilest of men. I remember how he went on Larry King Live and said he was the baby's father when all along he knew he wasn't. His refusal to get a DNA test proved it.
Good luck, Larry, and I hope you will not be vidictive like him and deny the grandmother visitation rights.

Hart was charged with aggravated kidnapping, along with three friends. The victim -- a 33-year-old paraplegic. The abducted woman watched in horror as her kidnappers waived a butcher knife in her direction, and discussed plans to murder her. An informant's tip foiled the plot.

Hart pleaded guilty and was sentenced to six years in prison.

But that's not all. Hart was also convicted of theft -- he pled guilty to stealing a bunch of livestock.

By the way, Arthur's daughter, Anna Nicole, also hated her. So is Arthur the best candidate for custody? You be the judge.

3953. Congradulations to you Larry Birkhead for I always believed in my Heart you were the Father and the Truth Prevailed today. I still stand by my Post #3958 Howard K Stern I feel for your Loss everyone knows how much you Loved Anna Nicole. You loved her so much that you gave up your Self Respect, Dignity and Lied for her in the Bitter end to hide the Fact of who the real Father was of Dannilynn. Howard you showed nothing but true class today . I was Impressed how Humble you were today even though your Pain showed threw you did the right thing. I truly believe that Larry will make sure that you still will be apart of that Precious Baby's life as long as you have the best Intentions. You may not see it now but I can see that in the future from Anna's Passing you two might just become the best of friends.

That Howard and Larry both Loved Anna...and I think they should both work together thru the year's to come in letting Dianelynn see "HOWARD" and to let let HOWARD to be the attorney for the will from ANNA >>>that was ANNA's wishes.....Vergie and Anna did not have a good relationship...."but was this due to the drug abuse?"..........Larry has fought hard to propve he is the DADDY....go LARRY........and Howard still is the DADDY even though he is not the birth DADDY

3956. Vergie keeps saying she LOVES that baby so much. She doesn't even KNOW that baby, but wants to fight to be in her life?
This stinks to high heaven!! Why did she NOT fight for the right to see Daniel all those years! If she thought Anna was so far gone, and that Howard was making all the decisions to keep her away, why did she not go to court back then to seek visitation? I'll tell you why..There were no millions involved!!
Everyone is so down on Howard, but I truly believe he really loved, and still loves, Anna, Daniel, and that baby! GRANNY'S ACTIONS JUST DO NOT ADD UP!!!

3957. Post # 4002 April Your so quick to bash Larry Birkhead in reference to the Drugs and all Anna was abusing, Quick to place Blame on Larry Birkhead. I'ts comments from People like you that really Piss me off. For starters it's Obvious you have'nt been following this story from day one. Two People died with in the care of Howard K. Stern. Anna and her son Daniel. I'm not saying Larry is a Angel quite sure he parted hard along with Anna but once he found out she was with his child he tried to put a stop to it. I can almost bet my Life Larry did not know the extent to all the drugs she was taking. Don't think for one minute Howard was not abusing the drugs as well he had Anna drugged up constantly for his own benefit. It was only when Larry discovered all of this Howard convinced Anna to move to the Bahamas. If anyone is to blame for both Anna and Danels death it is Howard K. Stern for he not only supplied her with the drugs but he enabled her to keep using while Pregnate. If you followed the court proceedings you would know this for Larry told the truth when asked about everything involving the drugs. So before you post get your facts straight Girl. It makes you sound like an Idiot. Two people are dead because of Howard K Stern not to mention he knew all along Larry was the Father and took that away from him. You think the baby would be better off with Howard? Thank-God he is not. Let's just hope the baby hasn't sufferd any Damage to her health from all the Drugs.

Nothing was off Limits to Him as long as there was a $$$ to be made.
Howard K. Stearn is nothing but a Bottom Feeder, Scum of the Earth who used Dannilynn's Birth, Daniel's Death to benefit is own Self. On top of that Kept Anna Nicole Drugged up the whole entire time.
