So this bullxxxt is going to drag on & people forget OH how they forget & life goes on & people like Stern just keep winning. May Dr, Phil can dig up a law in the book that might help. That dam money or human life what a shame.

47. #33 Good job I hope somebody in Birkheads group has read what you wrote. But for Stern money over human life (the baby) is more important. In his corrupt mind he feels "I put up for 10 years to get Marshall's money for Anna & 350 million or whatever he's going to get control of is more important. This fact of him being broke is bull. He's lawyers are rubbing there hands together because big bucks are coming there way. Whenn this baby grows up & realizes (if she has not brained washed by Ster$) may she'll go the same road that Athena Onassis did to her father. She booted him out of her life. He only had her around for the love of the money but she did win at the end. Now he's crying. Come on Larry win. I just wish the law can prevail. But I don't have faith in it anymore.

48. I think if the Marshall family upholds the money for say another 20 years , then evil Stern will not get her money and it can be saved for the child...Why is he not in trouble for keeping Anna in a drugged state so she did not know up from down...How can this be happening?

50. Well, David, your comments about the paternity test are clear, concise and easy to follow. Finally, someone on TV who just throws it out there. Birkhead's okay with the test, Stern is doing everything he can to not only NOT submit his DNA, but to keep the results from Birkhead's test under wraps. And, also don't forget how he's fighting this inquest in Daniel's death tooth and nail. Hmmmmm. He wouldn't be doing any of this if he did not have a vested interest in it. So the big EQUAL sign is this:

STERN FIGHTING DNA RESULTS BEING RELEASED = STERN IS NOT THE FATHER; AND

STERN FIGHTING INQUEST INTO DANIEL'S DEATH TOOTH AND NAIL = STERN PROBABLY HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH HIS DEATH.

Wow, folks, this aint rocket science. Like Joey Buttafucco, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and talks like a duck, uhhh, it's a duck.

For those of you naysayers on here, i.e. Howie and Howie's friends, if you're walking down the street and you see a BIG pile of dog doody, do you speculate about what it might be, ponder it, call your friends over and have a discussion about it even say, no, that really isn't dog doody, that's really mud even though it smells really bad like this whole thing, or do you just say "Ewww, and say, man, that's dog doody and I better not step in it".

54. Anna made this mess...being a dope addict...it killed her son and her and look at the mess she left her baby daughter in. She was not a good person.

57. grins, it just comes down to BASIC RIGHT AND WRONG. There's no need to go into senseless dribbling. All is it is a little conscience that's instilled in people (hopefully) and it just tells you, from your gut, what's right and what's not. 58. WHAMMY, I have a trump card!!!!!!!!!! I put my daughter up for adoption at birth!!!!!!! I reached deep into my soul and made the hardest decision of my life!!!!!!!!!!! I had to put WHAT WAS IN HER BEST INTERESTS FIRST & FOREMOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She has a wonderful life and HEALTHY & STABLE PARENTS!!!!!!!!!! It has become quite clear that lowlife Stern has NO SOUL!!!!!
