David Spade is taking shots at Anna Nicole Smith's diary, Dr. Joshua Perper and Howard K. Stern on tonight's episode of "The Showbiz Show."
In this sneak peek, Spade talks about the custody battle for Anna Nicole's daughter, Dannielynn, and calls out Howard K. Stern, saying, "The guy spending thousands of dollars hiding out in a lawless Caribbean country ... might not be the dad."

Watching Greta VanSusteran this evening, she brought up an interesting scenario that she and her attorney husband had discussed, to her panel of lawyers. Since the baby's DNA is in the U.S. in Ohio at the DNA lab, and since the original order for the DNA is in California... Larry can go to the courts on an emergency basis to have the California court secure that DNA from the DNA lab in Ohio, before the Bahamian court next week desides in the hearing, to order that it (the present DNA test from last week), has to be destroyed because Stern has filed an appeal, and the court may not even GET to a paternity hearing for months down the line.
One issue however, is that tomorrow is a legal holiday in California so the "clerk of the court's" office will be closed. Greta said however, that Larry and attorney (does he even HAVE an attorney in CA anymore...????) can go to the federal court and make this request. The order for DNA in California is standing... the DNA test is IN the U.S. right now...
Once this was accomplished, and if Larry would be determined by DNA to BE the baby's father... they go to the embasy in the Bahamas and request the baby... if Howard refused, he could then be charged with kidnapping.
I certainly hope that Larry knows this, or someone who knows him was watching and got hold of him immediately. I'd hate to see him pass up this opportunity... he may NEVER have another one. I don't know why Stern is such an ass... it's just beyond comprehension.

37. Larry Birkhead, File a Court of Action , a "TRO", with the Federal Courts in Ohio on Friday, as the courts are closed in California on Friday (state holiday). Monday will be too late as that is the day Howard Sterns goes before the court of appeals in the bahamas. he will have the dna test stopped and all matter destroyed. Right now the results are on US soil. Time is short. Hop a plane now or maybe a lawyer in ohio can help. I'm pray for Dannielynn, daily, that she will be delivered from all evil doers. I pray to God that her family will protect her, keep her safe, and that she will live a healthy life free of drugs. Larry, if in deed you are her father, please, never take drugs and even alcohol. When Anna took drugs, she forgot her child, she failed her, and left her unprotected. Supposing Sterns is not the father and he knows it, anything could be happening to that baby (even as I type this). Children are being molested every minute of every day. I pray Dannielynn is OK.

43. I agree wit BOYCOTT THE BAHAMAS AND FLORIDA SHOULD BE ADDED. I believe the baby is in danger and the Florida judges and coroner only enjoyed the fame. They don't CARE about their little baby girl. Famous people become a product to make money and celebs should be extemely careful who they hire and trust. It can cost the life of their children and themselves. Howard K. Stern is EVIL and the laws of Florida and the Bahamas are helping him with his evil acts.
