17. It's ovious Stern has a lot to gain by keeping the kid and paying for cover ups. Can't child protection get in there and take Dannilyn untill this is cleaded up? and before she too windes up with an "accidental overdose"? She's underweight and could be brain damaged. Why isn't she being examined by an unbiased court? It looks like Stern will get away with everything he wants.

19. Watch out! Howard K. Stern may try to sue Comedy Central for whatever he can think up. Howard is pathetic. He is trying to hold on to that baby for the money. Anna is not here to support him so now he needs the baby's income. He is afraid of working for a living. That is why he kept Anna drugged up. He was afraid if she was sober she would see that he is worthless and stop supporting his lazy ass. Then he would have to buy his own shoes and pay his own rent.

This disgraceful debacle going on in the Bahamas with Stern and his flunky "defense" team smacks of the corruption that went on in Aruba regarding the Natalie Holloway case and the corrupt officials who obviously were intimidated by Joran van de Sloot and his lying weasel of a father...Krista Barth and Ron Rale and the rest of the pathetic team ought to be ashamed of themselves for the deflection of so many truths that we have going here. How on earth do they defend FIGHTING A SIMPLE PATERNITY TEST TO DETERMINE THAT BABY'S REAL FATHER. How on earth do they justify that slime Stern videotaping not one but multiple tapes of Anna Nicole Smith obviously out of her mind on drugs with narration by Stern that was disgusting
in what he said regarding her state of mind and the money that he could make out of the footage....The whole sad sorry story just goes on and on will continue to do so with Stern filing appeal after appeal to hold on to an innocent baby that represents millions of dollars to old Howie....Hopefully he'll get "his" some day..I read somewhere that somebody said if he thinks he will lose control of the estate and the baby he'll probably kill himself....Nah, no such luck...most slimeball cowards would never have the guts to do so...Stern's only role in life was to be a svengali...to control ANS and Daniel, but I think in the end, even Daniel was on to him....

How is it that a low life creep like Stern can rape the judicial systems both here in the U.S. and the Bahamas'?? I will tell you how, remember the photos of Anna and the Bahamian immigration official, who took the picture. Here in the states we call it prostitution. Stern was pimping Anna in her drug stupors and taping it to have leverage over the different officials. How is it that whenever there was a suspectable photo taken of Anna the photographer was always Stern. Did I miss something here, I thought Birkhead was the photographer. If he bought the immigration official a rolex then who knows what other officials he has blackmail power over. I will say that it is obvious that Stern has high ranking people in his pocket over in the Bahamas. Who has declared the medical examiners are now law officials with the wherewithal to make decisions on whether a person is guility or not. Dr. Perper's ruling of accidental overdose is not the final say in the matter. I think he did a terrible job in his conclusion. How is it possible to gain an accurate determination when you are obtaining answers from the one person who has the most to lose if the truth ever comes out. The poice down there reminded me of Barney Fife, a joke. Where did they learn their investigation skills at, the playground where the judge was caught smoking pot. Yeah great job. I wish Virgie would sue not only Stern in a wrongful death suit, but also the Seminole police department for botching the investigation. If you thought the judge was a joke, take a look at the police down there.

ANK slept with sooooooo many, HKS probably doesn't know who the dad is, however ANNA DID place him as the father, he has been with her longer than anyone, she could have left him at anytime no matter what anyone thinks ! Give the baby to wicked granny, don't think so,,,,,give her to Birkhead, oh that would be a nice life, earns his money off pics with him camera,as he did Anna.... he would only exploit her the rest of her lifes elling pics of her "Anna's baby growing up".....get real.....He is NO BETTER than HKS........wouldn't even say in court he loved Anna, said "Do I have to answer that question?" when asked......and by the way never did answer it ! And of course Stern stayed with Anna, she chose him to do only work for her, what can't people understand that, he didn't exploit her, he did as she wanted.........geezzzzzzzzzzzzz.........

Everyone is soooooooo sure this baby isn't Sterns......I think it would GREAT and too funny if he turns out to be the dad.....She would be better off with him, than Birkhead or Virgie as both of them are money seekers........HKS was at Anna's side because she wanted him there. Birkhead only wants the baby for future pics of her growing up and exploiting her! Granny, she is just as bad....But I guess thinking Stearn is some mass murderer makes better headlines for some........so sad. Birkhead wouldn't even say he loved Anna in court, when asked, at least Howard did say he loved her.......I pray Stern is the dad.....

29. HKS has been tried by so many, so unfairly, like he would kill Daniel the day after he arrives in Bahama's.....how ridiculous is that. He hasn't killed anyone! The doctors giving out medicine like it was popcorn in a movie theater killed both Anna and Daniel......blame them if you wanna blame someone.......I hope HKS gets this baby! He is the ONLY one in this saga that acts like he has any sense at all, and how sad to be labeled as he is.......He needs to sue the hell out of the media !
