Fake or Real?

154. They are real and they have always been like that, they are comparinga old pic with a new one come on now.. she was prolly 17-22 in that pic, but who cares she's fine either way..

155. Hello people. Didn't she just have a baby? And hey she looks like she gained a pound or two (no really only a pound or two) and some woman gain weight in other places, she may be lucky enough to only gain it in the boobs. Notice that her jaw line is more filled out. I'm tellin ya, fat isn't all bad.

156. Her boobs are real. She is pregnant, thats why they grew. Plus, fake boobs don't hang like that, they sit up higher.

157. Salma probably always had a great rack but I am 99% sure she has had some maintence to keep them looking perky and full over the years. By maintence, I mean refilling loose tissue not lifting. She probably wouldn't need a lift, just a fill to make them fuller and higher. If you look at the image on the left it looks like her breasts were a bit deflated. Most of the time breast tissue condenses with age, gaining tissue as you age is not common. even if you do gain tissue, you will have looser skin which she does not. definitely implants.
