18. Oh wow, I guess everyone who has posted a ridiculous comment on this site is high because some of this stuff is really stupid. African Americans don't typically get head lice because we use hair care products that lice can't survive. I guess you didn't notice he is wearing his wedding ring in the picture so i'm sure his wife is somewhere close by. My husband will hold my bag for me if I need him too. Some men aren't secure enough in their masculinity to do that. I know people who moisturize their hair and when traveling wear a plastic cap or put plastic on their headrests to prevent it from leaving stains on their headrests. He may have forgotten to take it off. I love Snoop but I won't be walking around with a cap on my head. Oh and by the way, we of the african american hood persuasion don't use those caps just for showering we use them to condition and moisturize our hair also. They also help to keep the moisturizer from dripping into your face on hot and humid days. Hope I didn't overload you with your lessons in african american tradition today.

19. Did it ever occur to any of you idiots that he is holding that purse for a female with him. If you look just to the left of him, there appears to be someone standing there in either a dress or coat. He is probably holding his female companions purse while she lights up a joint for him. As far as him wearing a shower cap in public... did you ever know snoop to have any class or self respect????

30. As much as most people put down Oprah what has Snoop done other get busted at least 6 or 7 times to help in the black community. #35 no one cares about the east coast/westcoast thing. Besides being the just dumb, who cares about that crap and rap isn't really music anyway.
