42. Why is the media still reporting on this woman? She was a contestant on Idol and she did make it to be the 1st runner up, but other than that, I find nothing special about her. When she lost out to Taylor Hicks on Idol, she revealed her problems regarding having an eating disorder. It just seems she is willing to do anything to keep herself in the spotlight.

McPhee is drumming up publicity -- anyone in the biz knows that there's no such thing as bad publicity and the actually very petty subject of whether she has fake hooters gives her something to talk about that brings attention to her looks.
It's so transparent but it flies because almost everyone in the biz does it in some form or another.
