31. ive taken Topamax in the past, its also used to help with mood swings, depressing, anxiety issues. One of its most commong side effets is weight loss, its given out to many eating disorder patients to help them not rapidly gain weight while in treatment. Even if she too the whole bottle there is no way she could get THAT woozy...but im sure the methodone, pain killers, and alcohol would do that!!

32. Is anyone even paying attention?? HELLO. Is that what you would tell your kids? Take drugs and kill yourself, then let everyone else blame it on me because I happened to love and support you? You guys be real, Anna has talked about wanting to be just like Marilyn, and wanted to be buried next to her, and has also attempted to commit suicide before. Just because she had her daughter doesn't make her any less likely to want to die, in fact if you factor in the likelyhood of post partum she could have been more likley to kill herself. Howard loved her and put up with alot of crap just to be with her, did you guys even watch her E show? He also had to realize the likleyhood of never seeing a penny of Mr Marshalls fortune is very high! I am sure he knows he isn't Dannylynns daddy, but because Anna listed him on her birth certificate, I have to guess Anna wanted him to be, and if Howard loved Anna the way I think he did he probably feels this is the only thing he has left of her. I'll pay to fly her no good money grubbing mother back to Texas if she would just admit she has no interest in Anna and just wants the $!! What grandmother would want to exume her grandsons body?? Especially when the mother had already decided thats where she wants him to be, AND who wouldn't want to be buried next to their son in this situation? Bottom line, this isn't complicated, Virgie, go home, Howard take the DNA test and bury Anna next to her son like you planned on doing in the first place before everyone wanted their 15 minutes of fame!!

33. It's odd..because as I was watching the Anna Nicole Clown video, I thought that she was acting like my daughter did while she was taking certain seizure medications.

My daughter had also been switched to Topamax several months before she died suddenly and completely unexpectedly while sleeping.

34. I wonder how long ANS has been on Topamax... one of the major side effects of this drug is weight loss. I sure hope that TrimSpa knew she was on Topamax since she claimed her weight loss was attributed to TrimSpa. I bet a lot women will be asking for prescriptions for this so-called seizure medication knowing the side effect is weight loss.

Topamax, when first taking it, can cause a bit of "ditzy blonde" moments, it is a titrated medication, (you're suppose to start low and go high on the dosage, under a doctor's care) most that it actually does is cause a little tingly and foggy moments. Also, I guess Trimspa is out of pocket on this one: Topamax is used off label for weight loss

37. I was on Topamax for about 5 years. It slurred my speech, I was on a low dose of antidepressant at the time . Topamax is Prescribed by pysciatrists for Bi Polar, even though it is not cleared by the FDA for such use. When the dose was upped quite a bit, I lost good decision making skills & was confused.

Also the other terrible side effect is kidney stones which I got in spades & had to call 911. I have to tell you when I saw this drug being prescribed for migraines, I was shocked. The drug companies will do anything. I would be very weary to take this drug for any length of time.

38. Also, I got down to 100 lbs from my normal weight of 125. Drugs do different things to different people but do beware of the side effects & don't take topamax long range, there are many other migraine meds.

39. I take Topamax every day. I have yet to paint my face, walk around with a psuedo child in a baby carriage, and baby talk. I'd garner there were stronger substances at work.
I agree #14. Topamax supresses your appetite... as does crank...TrimSpa be damned.

41. I find her taking Topamax interesting, it maybe the clue as to her cause of death.
this drug is used to treat epilepsy and she was known to have seizures.
Last year my brother died suddenly(39yrs)autospy could not determine
cause of death, he had high level of alcohol and was epilepic. Grand Mal Seizure?

42. Topamax is now being prescribed as an appetite suppressant by many doctors. I had a baby five months ago, and my doctor prescribed it for me as a "diet pill". When I requested meridia or phentermine he suggested Topamax. He told me that insurance companies will cover this medication because it is used to treat migraines and seizures, they do not pay for diet pills..
The only thing it did for me was make me very tired. I stopped taking it because I didn't want to take a medication for a condition I didn't have.

44. i just want to make this clear topamax is not only used 4 migrains but it also is used as a mood stabilizer!!!! which means she took the topamax to balance out the depression meds. and the depression meds were used 4 anxiety. n just 2 add more info some people with really bad anxiety r given pain meds to relax them n make them sleep... and yes all the meds she was takin would have made her act a lil off. so quit blaming stern!!!! anxiety causes all sorts of things to go wrong with your body. 4 1 hypertension!!
