91. #21 - The same thing crossed my mind. If there was a true break in, would he be touching everything? Wouldn't he want to preserve the integrity of the crime scene so that it could be fingerprinted? I think that he had someone clear out the place, legal docs and all. Also, if there was a break in, then it would question the authenticity of the "death fridge". Also, he kept of referring to the perps as "they". Who are "they"? Were the doors left wide open for looters?

ET did say that they didn't pay him for the interview, that they never pay for interviews. The sister said that HKS was never paid by ANS, that he would be paid once Marshalls estate was settled, and that his parents were supporting him. For 12 years? Get real. Nice spin. The whole thing is creepy, yet freakishly compelling.

92. I'm not joking. Brangelina would be great parents to this kid. They don't need the 400 million and they would have the childs best interest at heart. They fly all over the globe to keep adopting, so what's one more? The grandmother and all the potential "baby daddy's" don't give a sh*t about this kid so why should they get her? Their interest is purely financial. So, I'll say it again.....GIVE THE BABY TO BRANGELINA!!!!

93. There is no need to disparage ANS' mom because she is heavy. Many loving grannies are a little plump. We love them that way.

Remember, it was ANS who was acting aberrantly, taking all that TrimSpa crap, Slim Fast, and reportedly undergoing a gastric banding procedure to avoid gaining weight. Anyone who saw her in the TrimSpa pictures had to wonder what in the hell had caused her to lose so much weight. She wasn't exactly the kind of girl to deny herself. I think there is more about gastric surgery to come. I also thing the TrimSpa owners looks as creepy asHKS in all this.

94. Kim #45. If you watched the Judy Judy interview on Larry King then you will know that she said that Virgie has just as much right to that child as an aunt, good friend, etc. if a father is not found. A grandparent does not automatically get a child they have never seen.

Who knows who the father of that kid is. Anna couldn't keep her legs or drooling lips closed.

98. I love how people jump all over ANS's mother based on ANS's words. The woman showed herself to be a compulsive liar. Hi what are we up to now, 5 potential fathers? And the first person she tried to con as the baby's daddy had a vasectomy. Her credibility was nil to begin with.

So to jump to the assumption that just because Anna said her mom was abusive and horrible, it must be Truth -- it's naive and ridiculous. People tell tales like this all the time but it doesn't make it true. If her mother was so abusive, why would she have allowed her to raise Daniel for so long? ANS may have hated her mother, but people who don't like to hear the truth about themselves are generally like that.

People also assume that because grandma may not have been involved that those circumstances were her choosing. How many parents and grandparents are wrongfully estranged from children every day? Geesh, people. Start using your brains and stop taking the word of the media and a doped up, out-of-control, dead whore and her enabler for gospel.

102. I tend to wonder why Howard Stern - if he loved Anna Nicole so much - was out shopping for a yacht when she was in the hotel room with 105 degrees of fever and being iced down in an attempt to bring the fever down.
I also understand that he was called before they called 911. Wouldn't a nurse have the right to go ahead and make the call?
I think photos of the baby show a resemblance to L. Burkhead. She is a very beautiful baby.

103. James Browns body toook longer to bury than Anna's. The body will NOT decompose, that is Howard K Sterns way of yet gaining more attention to his " poor pitiful me case".

Dont people understand they cant bury her body yet? Investigations are not completed. Dont you care about that poor child and the legacy her mother would have wanted her to have?

Anna Nicole Smith was a drug addict...nonetheless she was sweet and endearing. She needed help, badly, but what did she get? She got a freakoid Howard K Stern who kept her segragated and isolated from anyone who could help her or her baby.

I truly believe he killed Daniel, he did not seem to mind leaving the baby behind to take Anna shopping for a yacht! What did she need a yacht for? For their upcoming wedding? When are people going to see a double homicide has been committed.

Give the child back to her grandmother....the same woman who looked after Daniel for years while Anna was off doing her thing...let the woman have the child UNTIL it is proven Larry Birkhead is the daddy.

Look at Dannilynn...she is the image of Larry Birkhead, but some freak has her. This world is sick!
