Anna's Body to Be Held for DNA Testing

76. #22-good post, you make a lot of good comments. Her mother did raise daniel for many years and ans did not have a problem with her then. I think a lot of people get want to get on the bandwagon and don't really know the circumstances. I don't understand why the body has to be held for dna when the medical examiner said he had already taken dna so why not use that. All the legal people seem to forget the most important person in all this and that is the baby. They need to get together and force those who are holding out to get all the dna needed so the baby's paternity can be established ASAP. Did anyone see Judge Judy on Larry King last night, she made many comments on how this process can quickly be resolved, they should take her advice.

77. #22, I had that same thought last night when I watched the story. I think HKS is a slime, his own sister admitted that his parents were supporting him fiancially since 1996, cause he hasnt seen a dime from ANS.

I so feel for that baby, I am convinced, more and more that HKS in NOT the father, and if you look at her eyes real close I am bettin on the Prince bein the daddy!

81. Mark Steinis showed the part of the interview they were never going to release where anna was crying and saying what kind of mother her mother was - she said her mother used to whop her and beat her.

Just because she is Anna's mother does not mean you should go against her wishes. If you had a father who was a pedifile and you predeceased him would you want him making your burial decisions.

82. Grandma's and Larry's legal teams are working together and the noose is tightening around Howard.

Larry needs to keep his legal proceedings in the USA. Before Anna died, even if he proved in the Bahama's that he was the father, he would have few if any rights under Bahamian law since he was not married to Anna and not a Bahamian legal resident (as were Anna and the baby).

Now that Anna is out of the picture (murdered?) the Grandma can go to the Bahama's and force Howard's paternaty test, without Larry giving up his standing in the US courts.

Besides the law in the Bahamas favoring the unwed mother, Larry had many reasons to be concerned that any court proceeding would be corrupt:

1. The govt granted Anna legal residence fraudulently, w/o legal prodecures.
2. The house that Anna "owned" (needed to establish residence) was acquired fraudulently.
3. Danny died mysteriously in the Bahamas, perhaps murdered.
4. Regardless, the Bahamain police did no real investigation into Danny's death.

It was a legal trap for Larry to go to the Bahamas. Now the Grandma can. Larry's lawyer sounds very confident now on TV, I think it is more than bluster.

83. Grandma Power!!!! I hope they place the baby with Vergie until the baby's father is proven. After all, she did raise Daniel for 6 yrs. I don't think Anna would have left him with her if she had been abusive or neglectful to her as a child, do you? Also, babies can run fevers too, would Stern put Dannielynn to bed and tell the nurse to just check on her? Vergie's right, I definately wouldn't leave my precious dog in his care.
Vergie you are in my prayers, don't give up.
And as for you Howard K. Stern, take the DNA test Dannielynn deserves nothing less.

87. A DNA test is a very simple test. It should have been done immediately. The father of that innocent baby deserves to be in her life, whoever he is. Howard K. Stern hasn't submitted to the DNA test because he knows that he is not the father. The baby deserves to know who her father really is. How would you feel if your child was separated from you? DO THE DNA TESTING AND GET IT OVER WITH!

89. Firstly, my heart goes out to Anna Nicole, her darling baby and also her blood relatives.

We all have families, so let us remember families fight, they argue, but blood is thicker than water. Virgie was hated by Anna because Howard caused that rift.

Howard K Stern in my opinion is an evil, diabolical, murderer. He started out as Anna's lawyer, soon becomming no more than an " obsessed fan". He has one thing on his mind...money!

As Judge Judy said on Larry King Live Feb 13/07.....something is not right. Daniel was 20 years old, and witnesses attest he was pure, did not smoke or drink at all. Anna was was 39. Both dead. Both in relatively good health, yet one common denominator...Howard K Stern.

Who is he fooling that Dannilynn is his child? Do you see that baby smile when he goes near her? NO. Does he look uncomfortable and out of his element when he attempts to " hold the baby " for the cameras? YES!! There is no daddy/daughter bond between him and the baby. Only $$$$$.

I am disgusted in the media such as Access Hollywood...who give Howard K Stern any press. But then again...Scott Peterson got press didn't he?

Let's go over to Larry King Live and the interview with Howard K Stern's sister. She squirmed when she was asked why Howard would just not get on with the paternity test and her only excuse was " Anna wanted her wishes upheld". Ok blame Anna now she is dead.

If anyone cared about that child they would ensure she was placed with her rightful family and as far as I am concerned her grandmother...Anna's mother...the woman who gave birth to Anna should have Dannilynn until the paternity can be established. How dare that freak Howard K Stern get on tv and seeth with anger, stating that Virgie is this and Virgie is that?? Is he any better?


He knew dear Anna had a substance abuse problem...he loved it, it kept him in control of her fortune and around her fame. If he loved Dannilynn, Daniel or Anna, why does it reek of Methadone? He killed them.

90. Has EVERYONE gone MAD ??? Let this poor woman have a decent burial & lay her to rest along side her son Danny. This was what she wanted. I can't believe the way the media has made a freak show out of her death!! If you have nothing good to say about someone who has died , then the best thing to do is say nothing. Until you have walked a mile in her shoes, you know nothing of what kind of tormented life she was living. And now her so called Mother & a sister have no remorse for Anna. I believe they are trying to become a part of Anna's daughters life now because of how much money they can receive. Its sad... I hope for once & for all that the paternity test will show who's the Father & little Dannielynn will be placed with him & have a good life, like she desreves...God Bless You Anna & Danny .. R.I P.
