152. I only want to share my feelings on ANS and baby.Her death is tragic more for this infant than anything or anyone. I personally hope the judge will allow paternity dna tests for Larry, I do believe he loved ANS and drugs interfered.
I feel he is reason Howard K. Stern knowing the law told ANS she would have to take up resident in Bahama's. The baby should be taken from HKS a.s.a.p. since he was contributing to the neglect and drug use around child. So, I've said a prayer for ANS and Daniel.
Now I hope HKS will be a man and trust by doing right Larry may forgive and no more pressure for the lawyer, he'll get used to living normal life.Give it up HKS, it's over and you know you're not the Father of this baby girl.

153. Has anyone thought about the fact that Howard K. Stern seems to be as unstable as Anna Nicole? What happens when it comes out that Howard K. Stern is proven NOT to be Dannielynn's father??? I bet he holds up inside that house in the Bahamas and threatens to take both his life AND baby Dannielynn's life because "I just can't bear to live without Anna and my child anymore!" Wait and see! I predict that he will do this and commit suicide and take the baby with him. Anna's mother, Vergie, has EVERY RIGHT to be scared for that baby!!

154. There are so many issues at hand. #1 Anna not speaking to her mother probably stems from her mother trying to raise her right. I'm sure that Anna deserved the spankings, etc... She was probably not the easiest child to raise. As far as them not talking, Im sure Anna didnt like what her mother had to say, so in true Anna Style, her response is....F**K You. I believe that when they prove that Stern is NOT the father, her body should be released to her mother. She should be buried with her son in the Bahamas. If Stern cared for Anna or her son, he would have taken the Meth and threw it down the toliet BEFORE they had a chance to take it. He should of called the "So Called Doctor" and threatened to sue if he wrote any more perscriptions for any lethal meds. He should of done an intervention with her as well. I believe Anna died of a Massive Staff(sp) infection. coupled with drugs. Her fever of 105 indicates an infection. He should of taken her to the hospital where they would have put her on massive amounts of antibotics. I think what her mother is doing is completely RIGHT. She is doing what any mother would do, whether they were on speaking terms or not. I didnt care for Anna in the least but Anna lived just 2 miles from me, and although I never met her, she had a wonderful reputation as far as her son goes... She never missed a school function, ever. Everyone around me, that knew of her and her mother and step father has nothing but good to say about her or her mother. Her step father works across the street from where I live. Her mother was a Precinct 4 constable, which is my precinct. All Anna's mother wants to do is bury her daughter and find the "real" daddy. Howard is a bum and a liar from the word go. Larry, which is probably the real dad, just wants his daughter. He wanted her before all this happened. He didnt just pop out of the woodwork. They should prove paternity NOW and not wait and get Danielynn where she needs to be, and that is with her real father.

158. #'s 150 and 152! You are both right on with the analagy and the reality of this issue.

Firstly, TMZ never broke into the house Anna and that slime Howard lived in. It was the owners friend and he came forward admitting that he took out the valuables that dont belong to Stern and he gave them to the police until it is determined who is getting her estate. In other words he did the right thing by ensuring Howard K Stern did not have Anna's artwork.

Secondly, lest we forget Howard K Stern found it more important to shop for a yacht, while Anna was stuffed into a hotel room with a fever of 105. Antibiotics and a hospital could have saved her. But instead, the " so called nurse" put her in an ice bath first, then before calling 911...she called Stern! These people are criminal and should be charged with an offence.

Anna was a drug addict. Anyone who watches that slimy Entertainment tonight will have recalled the poor woman could barely speak on camera, she was stoned out of her tree. Stern always finished her sentences. Poor Anna was a puppet for Sterns desire to have his 15 minutes of fame.

There is something seriously wrong with the entire picture. It reeks. As for Mary Hart on ET....I was appauled she actually said to the camera " baby Dannilynne reunited with her only grandmother...Howard's mother"!!!!

I was shocked she had the gaul to say that. Mary Hart is a mother herself yet she boldly looks at the camera and claims the only grandmother baby Dannilynne has is Howards mother?

Anna was being controlled by Howard. She spewed hate toward her mother because it sensationalized things. He spewed the same hate to Annas mother 2 nights ago....Regaredless of anything, Virgie gave birth to Anna, she gave her life, she looked after Daniel...she did not approve of the drugs and the lifestyle her daughter chose and true to addict behavior, they turn on the ones they love. But the bottom line is....Anna's mother deserves that body. Larry Birkhead is the father, just look at Dannilynne...who does she look like? That ugly freak Stern? No, she looks like Anna and Larry.

Last but not least - here in Canada on Startv, they played clips of Anna and Howard K Stern and the real Howard Stern show. He asked Anna outright if Howard Stern and her ever had sex or slept together. She replied " are you kidding, he is like a brother to me". He asked again and she said " no, I could never imagine having sex with Howard".

And 2 all u ass' that say she hasnt seen her mother in 20 years thats not true, Vergie raised Anna's son! anna resented her mother because Vergie was trying 2 stop anna from doing stupid things like stripping at age 17. Vergie should take control of the body & baby!!!

161. Oh, #156 and # 157, You are dead on ! Thank you ! I just watched the judges verdict on TMZ and the judge ruled to take another swab test to determine paternity. Anna's mom was sobbing the whole time while her husband rubbed her back and consoled her. OMG, what people are saying about her parents is an outrage.!! Her mother is HER MOTHER, period. There might have been strife among them, but the fact remains that she loved her daughter deeply, but just couldnt stop her from destroying herself. Vergie was completely shut out of ANS life. What else could she have done.?? Yes , she never has met her granddaughter, but that wasnt because she didnt want to. Howards attorneys are slime buckets ! I know they are very worried about coming out on the short end of the pole. They will be proved wrong and will be shut out of the case entirely., and frankly I cant wait !. Like I said, I live in her parents neighborhood and they are Very Well liked ! They are not searching for any money ! they just want what is right ! They are hard working individuals, NOT trailer trash ! Just because Anna didnt buy them a mansion, doesnt mean that they are trash and are searching for money. Anna's sister had lukemia and Anna didnt help her one bit either ! My son goes to the same Jr. High that Daniel went to and the teachers remember him very well and Anna and they have said that Her mother and Anna were very well received.

I am worried about Stern though. I think when the paternity is resolved, he might just do something really drastic. I hope someone from ANS family is there when the results are read, so they can take the baby right a way. I dont trust him at all !

164. I just wish that HKS's attorneys would settle down ! They were in the judges chambers yelling and screaming how ANS mother hasnt seen her since 1995 and that is a complete lie !!! and how their client Howard is going to raise Dannielynn. They need to just shut up until the DNA is complete. If she is Not his, which she isnt, he needs to crawl back under the bridge Anna found him under. And by the way # 158 ! Vergie does NOT live in a Trailer !!!!! get your facts straight !!!!! By the way your post is, she has more class in her ass than you do in your mouth ! which would explain why you love Howard.! All attorneys need to shut up and let the DNA test go on, then they could have their say. This is completely stupid to be fighting over what noone knows to be the truth. I really think that Anna didnt really know who the father is. It could be like finding a needle in a haystack. I really cant wait until they prove that HKS is a leach, murderer and waste of our air on earth. !

165. #158, you are insane if you think HKS is the father and a responsible human being. He's a scumbag who's run off anyone who was ever close to AN. I truly believe Birkhesad is the father, but was shoved out of AN's life for 2 reasons: he objected to pregnant AN's drug use and HKS's fear that someone would get close enough to AN to realize that he was controlling her with those drugs and have him removed from his position of power and influence over AN. I think he realized he was losing control by the time the baby was born which is why he OD'ed Daniel--he knew that with Danny dead, AN would tailspin further into drugs, making her even easier to control and Dannielynn would be next in line as AN's heir. THAT'S how and why HKS managed to end up on the birth certificate and in a committment ceremony before he let AN bury her child. Talk about a lawyer/client conflict of interest--he epitomizes the sleaziness of unscrupulous attorneys.
