78. Don't believe what you see...New Year's Eve was a total publicity set-up. John and Jessica were only fronting for the press...that whole "relationship" is a farce and Papa Joe engineered it all- including his "outrage" that Jess turned down the PURE job in order to "relax" instead of party. When Joe Simpson realized that virginity and all american wholesomeness wasn't working for his daughter, he's now created an "edgier", "indie" Jessica with more teeth-whitening sex-appeal. For John and Jessica's part, they have learned what other celebrities are learning: to tap into the power of the blog and the blog personalities...it ain't just paparazzi anymore!
