35. Why do so many of these jerks always say they where set up when they are caught in a crime? You have to know if you don't file and it does not matter that you have someone else doing your taxes for you. What idiot doesn't read the paper works before they sign?

Excuses, excuse, they all have them, put them in jail and for the idiot that say that some so called actors that where caught for DUI never went to jail, let him be advise to grow some brain cells. I know a few very ordinary people that where caught for DUI and never went to jail. They did have to go to school and pay a hefty fine.

May he get more than just a few years in jail just like that gay guy from survivor.

The power of the hex is very limited so I can't keep using it over and over for every idiot that says something racist. 37. #29 Brandon - That's NOT a racist comment, read again...it's a strategy encouraged and employed by advising lawyers when defence is getting thin for a specific illegal act and a jury is teetering. That comment might, however, be considered a world-weary and pessimistic cliche, because it's been done ad nauseam, but it would not surprise me should it appear as a defense strategy somewhere down the line. 38. Regardless-I am the orginator of the hex therefore I am immune. Besides simply using the word racist does not constitute a racist comment. There was nothing racist about saying racist commenters will get cancer so #17 was completely off base. On the other hand implying that a black man's immediate defense would be to use the race card as if that is typical of all black people is blatantly racist which is exactly what u did. So don't try and play it off by saying "this story happens to be about wesley." as if u didn't know whom u were commenting about. 45. why does the irs arrest someone for not paying taxes and then not arrest and convict a dui guy?

simple

money, money is more important, if it can make money, they treat it as a god......that is partly why drugs are so illegal, irs has not found a good way to tax them yet............sounds dumb but think about it. california has a tax for clean air??????? thats ridiculous.............soon there will be no middle class (if there isnt one now) its all about the dollar bill, you rob a bank, u get 20+ years, kill a child with a car........maybe five years
